Cool building, kids enjoyed the pool, room was nice and clean.

My family enjoyed the stay. Staff was helpful and responsive. The restaurant, Katie's, has a great menu and the servicec there is polite. The only little bump in our time there was the room's heater. It was temperamental and we needed to ask for help 3/4 nights of our stay.

I wish I had found out about this hotel sooner. I have family in the area and some have been having health problems so I’ve been having to come up from the Bay Area frequently. Initially I was staying in hotels in Carson City, bouncing around different hotels trying to find one that was nice, clean, comfortable and convenient. None of the ones in Carson City were fitting the bill. Then I decided to give the Carson Valley Inn a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice room, more modern than casino and public spaces. Desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Room size as good, better than expected. Smoke was overpowering in the casino area so we changed plans and did not dine on sight. The casino makes the property more adult focused, not really kid friendly.

It was amazing. My kids had a very good time.. the restaurant was vey food.

Great place to stay we love it. Easy check in. Everything is so clean. Great indoor heated pool, which the kids loved. Has a couple of great restaurants and coffee shop that opens early and offers free refills . Coffee shop and restaurants are very well priced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also they do not charge an extra resort fee. That’s a big plus for me.

This was a surprise at how safe and clean the faculties were. Very quiet and perfect for the family.

the restaurant was great the room was quiet and clean. i reserved 4 rooms for my family with the "pay when you get to the property" option. on the morning of check in my card was charged 4 times. i called the hotel and they said it was their policy to charge that morning and not when we arrive. but that the card wouldn't fully get charged till we checked out so the other family members could use their own cards and i wouldn't get charged. i even used a different card when i checked in but was still double charged after checking out. so be warned if you book here and it says pay when you check in that does not apply for this hotel they will charge you the morning of and for all the rooms you reserve even if you put the other rooms in other family members names.

Only stayed a short time, however, staff friendly and professional, room clean and kept up, casino a pleasant environment. Would recommend to family and friends, much as was the case with members of my family when I inquired about a place to stay.

A very courteous and friendly staff. My family is looking to relocate to the area from Los Angeles. I can see this being a go to spot.
