The customer service was on point. The staff was great, very helpful and seasoned. The room was excellent but toward the end of my 2 night 3 day stay the microwave fuse would trip and I couldn’t heat up any of my kids food. I had to go downstairs to the lobby and use their microwave. The room 843 was awesome, very clean and had all the amenities, except for a stove. Overall I enjoyed the stay it was just a bummer that we could not use the pool due to the weather.

Amazing property in excellent condition, walking distance away from Heavenly and minutes away by car from Tahoe Blvd. The rooms are modern, neat, tastefully done and ours came with a kitchenette that came in handy for our family. The staff are nice and friendly and always eager to help - 5 ⭐ in every way!

I’ve stayed here many times since 2021 and enjoyed when it was a Diamond property. They were always in the process of renovating the rooms, so sometimes you’d get a remodeled room or you’d get an older style room with the big jacuzzi thing in the middle. Any way you break it down, the best thing about this place is being able to walk to the ski slopes in like 90 seconds. The forced valet parking was tough for me at first, but I got used to it. The valets are super nice. I got some good deals here during the pandemic and it become my go-to family ski trip destination. With the HGV acquisition, you can tell that things are going to change for the worse. Already, the prices are up as well as the resort fee. To make it worth the noticeable price increase, they’d have to implement a few improvements in my mind: 1) enclose the pool/spa area and increase the size of the hot tub. How can you have such a large resort and only 4 people can fit in the hot tub? 2) get a better restaurant in there and reactivate the bar. That whole lobby area is super nice and expansive, but lacks services. I would stay there if the prices were still reasonable, but now I can find better options for less.

Beautiful hotel and location. Large room with privacy from kids. We didn’t get to use the pool, too many people. The game room was fun.

Worst room layout, bathroom is the pass through between the sitting room and bedroom. Giant tub with a feeble shower at the far back corner was incredibly inconvenient to access, especially with trying to help kids.

We were impressed with the bathtub in the center of the room. The only thing is we noticed a thick layer of dust, behind the nightstands, and the edge of the room. My family's allergies were extremely irritated, so I had to clean it myself. It would also be nice if occasionally the carpets would be steamed cleaned. The room I booked was for $143.00 and I was charged $188.00. The front desk wouldn't or couldn't give me the total amount til I checked out of the hotel, which was unfortunate. They charge for resort fees, room fees, tax fees. Too many fees. The manager was never seen around the hotel.

The bathrooms are starting to be upgraded, according to a sign in our room. However our tub had black mold all around/in it. The valet parking is great, it just takes about 20 minutes to get your car. The room was spacious. Plenty of room for all our kids to spread out. We might stay here again after the bathroom remodeling is complete.

The staff’s customer service was amazing, the upgraded room with a view of the Heavenly ski lifts was beautiful, the location had everything our family needed and location location location was everything! Our family would love to stay here again! Gabriel from the front desks service was suburb upon booking and Ben who covered the night shift valet went above and beyond to help find my lost cell phone. Bed was comfortable, fire place was cozy, kitchen had everything we needed, hot tub was great after a day of snow play and overall our stay was perfect!

We were staying in the renovated 2 bedroom unit with family of 5. It was very clean , modern and beautiful . There was a tv in each bedroom and living room , 2 full bathroom with new faucets . Very comfortable beds , new carpets . Valet parking for cars was great . Valet for ski was so convenient and walking distance to heavenly ski resort and kids ski school. Jacuzzi was nice addition after full day of ski but the pool was not warm enough . Cafe was under renovation so we couldn’t eat there yet.
