Holiday Inn Express Las Vegas South, an IHG Hotel

Great spot if going to a raiders game. It’s walking distance to the arena and in n out. Place was very busy but the staff responded promptly to our request for more blankets and sheets for the pull out couch bed in our suite. Beds were comfy. Ac worked great (thank goodness), kids liked the pool, and breakfast was great. Our shower was gross - had pink mildew in it and it didn’t look like it had really been cleaned. I didn’t request they come up and clean it bc I had the sense they were understaffed as I heard a bit of scuffle between house cleaners. Everything else was great. We chose holiday in bc they had a suite room available for our family of 6. We would definitely stay again, unless we win the lottery in which case we will go stay at the Wynn.

Convenient and walkable to the event my family and I attended at Allegiant Stadium as well as food and restaurants. The room was clean and ready at check in time. Nice cold A/C for the Vegas heat. Free breakfast included. No complaints! Very happy with our stay.

We loved our staying here especially for a family with kids. Everything was clean.

Came here with my family for an overnight stay after our road trip from Utah. Room was clean, bath products were dove which was great, price was reasonable considering it was a Friday & there's breakfast buffet however, we didnt have a restful sleep because of the noises in the area: we heard the airplanes that came so often that night. Also the cars on the street and early in the morning came the garbage collector 🙄.. it was just so loud!! came here to rest but checked out more tired because we hardly slept due to the noises.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 6! The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and breakfast was great! We had no complaints! We ended up needing to call the front desk to ask for a toilet plunger and I thought they would just drop one off. However, a staff member came and took care of the clog in our toilet AND even wiped everything down even though it wasn’t necessary. I was very impressed by this and the staff member was so kind! We highly recommend this hotel!

Staff for the most part was friendly, but they messed up our reservation and someone came in our room at 10 pm with a key because they sold our room to another family. Then I had to go to the lobby in my PJ's to show them paperwork and credit card payment proof that we had reserved for 4 days not 1 and had been charged for 4 days. Elevator was out of order for most of our stay as was the jacuzzi. We never got any maid service and only got towels, sheets for the sofa bed etc. when we called and asked for them and then had to wait past the childrens bedtime to get the sheets delivered because someone was on lunch break. Consequently the kids could not go to bed until after 10 pm. Upon checking out they did comp us for 2 nights but it was one hassle after another during our stay.

It was a safe and quiet place for a family to stay in Las Vegas.

We had booked months in advance and requested conjoined or rooms next to each other since we had small children with us, I even called a week before and morning of just to double check that this request was received. We showed up and they only had one room ready, so they told us to check back. We all got ready crammed in one room and hours later went to check on the second room. Still didn’t have one near ours cleaned yet, so we went to our evening plans and came back at 11:30pm only to receive a room on the 1st floor when our first room is on the 3rd floor. Super frustrating. Also, the room they finally put us into that was supposedly being clean, smelt awful, the shower had hairs all over the tub and walls, it was clearly not cleaned at all.

My family and I had a late check-in... we arrived at 11pm & were given room 326. We were axious to get to our room to shower and rest after a long day but upon walking into the restroom, I noticed pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor along with dried urine stains around the toilet. I brought my findings to the attention of the gentleman at the front desk in which he simply replied, "oh sorry". Needless to say, that'll be our last time booking here.
