The customer service was far beyond excellent. Ms. KT was awesome and I can't remember the other gentleman name but he was beyond excellent as well. I had an issue and they got it resolved for me. My family and I had a great time and we will be coming back again. We don't need to stay on the strip. Everything I needed was in walking distance. Thank you

There was a medical emergency and the family stayed here. We came at different days with the staff remembering each one of us :) They gave me and my mother a ground floor as requested with staff being very helpful and kind when my aging mother got confused and could not find our room. Just a pleasant place to stay.

The room was nice and clean, our stay was good but the front desk lady (Eve) was so rude and unprofessional. I was trying to put in the hotel phone number in my phone from the directions posted on the door, she came out of the office and scolded me like a child to use the hotel phone to call her. I’m not stupid, I know how to read I just wanted to get the number first. Either way she left me with a very bad feeling for the hotel and that was upon check in. I will never stay here again.
