Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas

The pool should have been opened later since this is a family hotel and most guests come to enjoy the pool and not to gamble.

I would not stay at four Seasons resort no more because they gave a joining room and the people was loud so we move hotels and then the new room was so load because from the room they gave us mandalay Bay elevator noises right through the room all night long.Then when told them they apologized and gave us $100 credit and ask if we would like to change to room right next to that one we said no because tired of moving. So we are not very happy about are stay here I think some money back but they said can’t do that I booked it though Expedia The four seasons is a 5 star resort. I also had family staying here and they was not please.

This stay was amazing. The whole city was busy preparing F1 race, the reason I chose this hotel. I got back from a trip to the canyon circle. My family had wonderful healing in the hotel.

We were very excited to be going to Las Vegas and staying at this beautiful hotel. The amenities were great the cleanliness was great the problem we had which would make us never come back is this. Saturday night I decided to hit the casinos My girlfriend stayed back in the room. The room was booked under my name through Expedia. During the course of the evening she decided to go downstairs and have a cigarette outside. In her pjs and housecoat. She grabbed the key we were given before our room was ready Friday. This key does not give you access back into the room but only gives you access around the hotel. When she tried to get back into the room the key did not work so she went back down to the front desk. They incriminated her and made her wait down in the lobby they cleaned out the room and took all of her belongings out of the room and said that she had to sleep in a cot in a closet. I’m not kidding this literally happened. Once the hotel was able to get a hold of me I was able to straighten everything up over the phone. However she was humiliated in front of hundreds of people and is now extremely upset as one would be. The hotel only offered her a hot tea once everything was rectified. The way she was treated was like a criminal it is unbelievable at $600 a night we went through this there is a lot more to the story but I tell you it’s not in the hotels fever so I will keep it out. I would never come back here ever ever ever.

Loved that when we were at the hotel we were able to get away from the noise, crowds, and casino vibe. Great place if you are wanting a more chill Vegas experience. Stephanie, their ‘Pool Joyologist’ was amazing. She took great care of us and surprised the kids at dinner with some fun treats. Definitely made our experience more memorable.

This property was absolutely perfect. Room was pristine, staff were extremely attentive and friendly. My family and I will definitely be repeat customers.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever been a guest at! Hard working staff! Excellent place, especially with children
