Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Las Vegas South

Exactly what I was looking for! I’ve recommended to my friends and family, even though there was some remodeling going on it was very clean and the customer service was excellent.

We had a king bed and we expected a pullout also. It was me and my 2 kids. There was no extra bed and I was told they had nothing for me so my son had to sleep on the floor.

Our stay was good except the fact that the swimming pool was closed and that was the main reason why we chose this location. Also the wash rags in bathroom smelled like newborn baby throw up.

No clean towels, employees using profanity and shouting at each other within hearing of guests and children, broken elevator. My husband is handicapped and had to walk downstairs from the 3rd floor. Absolutely ridiculous!

After checking in to find myself in a room with only 1 king size bed for me to sleep with 2 children not even a fold out bed? Isn’t a king size bed only accommodate 2 persons? I asked for a rollaway at the desk they didn’t have. They said it was Expedias fault not there’s. It was a horrible night my grandson who is autistic always sleeps by himself. So you only accommodate wheelchairs but no other disabilities. The luggage rack falling apart was told that’s how it is. I’m so disappointed with this. I will contact who I must and make them aware of your none existing concerns for people with disabilities,not everyone is in a wheelchair.

The service we received from the hotel (especially the reception) was very good. Checking out was good too. The only reason I'm giving them 4stars is that the pool was very dirty. I've never seen a dirtier pool in my life. My kids wanted to swim but when we saw the state of the pool, we changed our minds.

I’m very disappointed ☹️. I can’t believe Expedia booked me at this disgusting 🤢 hotel! I have pictures of the the restroom’s walls, bathtub and floor! When we first arrived to the room and haven’t used the restroom yet! It was unfortunate that we couldn’t find a hotel that could accommodate my family.

So when we arrived we were NOT welcomed. The assistant manager had ZERO customer service. When we get the key to our room we go upstairs to find our room door CRACKED OPEN WITH SOME TYPE OF STICK. Mind you I had my 9 month old daughter with me. So my husband had to check the room before I stepped inside with my baby. When we get inside we discover there are NO towels whatsoever someone left a dirty blue microfiber towel next to the little kitchenette thing. The next morning when we needed towels to use to shower they said they had nobody to bring us towels so my husband had to go downstairs to get us towels even though there were plenty people working. This is the most GHETTO Marriott I’ve ever stayed at.

Everything was good. The service, The rooms, very comfortable beds, spacious for a family of 5, the breakfast was really good as well with many options to to choose from. Less then10 min from the strip. The only downside was the pool… it was dirty and not swimmable. Also the jacuzzi was broken.

Great place for kids. The staff was very friendly and helped guide us on the best ways to travel around the town. The pool was very clean would definitely recommend
