Comfort Suites Fernley

Had no room service on 2 night stay was disapointing. No refills on amenities but guess we just needed to ask. Little lady who service breakfast area was the best. She kept everything fresh full and clean. Lication good for nearby family visit.

We were thankful for the space for our family of 5.

My family of four booked a suite with two double beds for a road trip stopover. The property is very clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly. Our room was nicely furnished, if a bit cramped - with the extra sitting area that made our room a suite, the beds end up pushed pretty close together and close to the window. Good breakfast with hot options and the obligatory (and always appreciated) waffle maker. Convenient location near the I-80, but on a somewhat forlorn-looking road not near to other hospitality businesses. Paid $243 in all for a summer Friday, which was in line with other local properties but does seem high (can proximity to Reno really be a thing?).

The room was very nice and convenient for my needs. Only downside when getting breakfast at 9:15am, the staff also does breakfasts with kids, I felt slightly uncomfortable as if I was intruding. Breakfast for guests is 6:30 to 9:30am. Also the staff wasn’t at the counter so you have to ring the bell. But that just could be to a staffing issue. At 7am the cleaning staff starts and a bit noisy in the hallways.

Very nice hotel. Not a 5 Star, but very nice, clean, accommodating, family-friendly, dog-friendly. I highly recommend it. Well-lit hallways and parking lot. The air conditioning in the room was great too! High-speed Internet, computers, indoor pool, and workout area....all great. We needed a place to stay in a pinch, and this worked perfectly for us! Not a ton of food options, but Doordash was able to bring food to us too. And the breakfast was very tasty. Nice spread. The crowd here was working-class, families, and white-collar.

There was one small pool, it was closed because of a leak. We chose this hotel because it had a “children’s pool.” Update your webpage.

The stay here is really nice. We are a family of 5 and the room was spacious and clean. We stayed here twice on our family road trip and would again.

I didn't like how i was called down and told i had to leave the morning after i paid for 3 additional nights after ihad paid 600 dollars for 4 days they toss me they didn't like the people i was having in and out of my room and i had to leave and charged my card for another night Eighty i already paid for 3 more night so they rooks me to leave Rufus to give me a refund and i was telling them the only people i had in my room was my 2 kids check the cameras a staff member threatened to kick my ass in front of my kid i still did not get my refund for the days i paid fire and had to leave Earley they also called the police

Had to re-card the door locks twice in two days. Housekeeping never serviced the room. After the second day I went to the front desk to inquire why. The Desk Clerk said it was because of COVID and that I needed to request maid service 24 hours in advance. I asked why wasn't I advised of that when I checked in. She said the notice is posted on the Counter and pointed to an empty spot, didn't say a word, walked over, reached under the counter, pulled out a 8-1/2" x 11" sign, set it back up on the counter and said there. Between the COVID Excuse and no apology for not having the Sign Posted at Check-In I just shook my head and let her return to her kids in the back room.

It was clean and my grandkids loved the pool
