1h to check in is ridiculous. I was finishing a 13h drive. We arrived with 2 kids at 11:30pm and didn’t get into our room until 1:30am. Hilton is not a customer centric company

I had booked one room for my daughter and her 3 children. Then my other 3 grandchildren wanted to be with us, so I booked another room. My grandchildren LOVE to swim and my daughter had ran a race and was going to sit in the hot tub after her race. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tube was not available. I did not read any of this when booking the rooms. It showed that it had a pool and a hot tub. We were all EXTREMELY disappointed. Then when getting ready to leave the following morning, the elevator was not working. I understand that facilities need to be maintained, however, I feel this should be told when making the reservation.

The front desk staff was tremendous, super kind, and very accommodating. They accommodated an early check-in for my children and I after a long day of travel and the food was phenomenal at breakfast. Wonderful area to stay at. The only downside was the pool was under construction, so we could not swim, but they did offer us to go to the Genesis Club down the street to use their facilities.

First floor was closed so kids couldn't swim. Rooms were clean and bathrooms had recently been renovated. Overall good experience would definitely go back

Perhaps signage to keep your runninng, jumping noisy children after 11 PM to a bare minimum. Place really needs a facelift. Front staff should be a little more friendly. Breakfast folks and food was spot on.

We had a great overnight stay here on a cross country road trip. The pool was the main event for my school-age kids. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is currently being renovated, but it didn’t affect us any. Breakfast was particularly good.

We live about 20min from the hotel, staying to let our kids swim over break. I called ahead to verify the pool was open. Our first night we went to swim and my husband commented on how green the water looked. I thought it was the tiles making it seem that way and assured him they have to test often at hotels. The next day, we went to swim and the pool was closed. My husband asked why and the employee was confused - said it’s been closed for months from chemical issues and was closed “indefinitely”. We asked if we could check out early and were told to contact Expedia. We contacted Expedia and were told since we paid at the property the hotel had to grant our request. That went back and forth. The final blow happened that night - after going out, we got back to our hotel about 930p. My kids asked if they could go get ice to fill our bucket - they came back minutes later; my 6yo was in tears saying a man yelled at them - threatened to call the police for disturbing him. My husband went out and the guy got in his face too. 5 minutes later, the front desk called our room threatening to kick us out due to that man’s noise complaints saying that it sounded like his ceiling was falling in for the last hour. My husband explained that we had only been back for about 15min and due to state basketball, a large wrestling tournament, and a cheer competition we could hear tons of kids running around and his complaints were baseless. She just kept asking if we wanted to be kicked out.

This place was very disappointing. We got there at check-in time which is at 3 o’clock, upon checking in they told us that they were completely booked the night before so housecleaning was behind. We stated how long was it going to be they told us about 15 minutes. We were fine with that we had a cake to go pick up and we would kill some time. We came back to the room there was a gentleman cleaning it he said to give them two minutes we then backed out of our room then we called the hotel after 15 and asked if it was done and he stated yes so then we you grabbed all of our stuff and took it up to the room only to discover that he was still in it. I went down to the front desk I told them that there was still a German cleaning the room that I just called check in time is at three and he said I’m really sorry would you like me to go out there and start helping him clean I looked at him weird and was like well I mean… He then said here let me give you some waters three bottles of Flippin water was or I’m sorry that you’re not checking in to your hotel room until 430 no good customer service not to mention the bathroom had a few hairs in tub and on he bathroom floor. there was some type of black junk that was stuck underneath the tile and the door that he obviously rushed out and did not clean I was not happy at all with this experience. Upon walking into the pool, the water was so clouded by massive Amounts of chlorine that made it hard to even sit in there and watch the kids!!

Very clean- especially clean considering covid. Breakfast was awesome- they filled a grocery bag with anything my kids might possibly want for breakfast. It was quiet, easy to find location, and we had a private pool for most of the evening.
