The Kindler Hotel

My husband and i were wanting a "child free" weekend and the Kindler was perfect! Adult, luxurious, quiet, tasteful, friendly staff, splendid room, all within walking distance of anything a person would like to do! It was like a mini-honeymoon.

I can't say enough about The Kindler! I have stayed at many top notch hotels and this one was a favorite. Located in the heart of downtown Lincoln and just steps away from the Hay Market with tons of places to eat, drink and shop. Saturdays they have one of the best farmers markets I have been to. Have coffee at "The Mill" you wont regret it! The hotel is just beautiful. The air is filtered with a fragrance that can be smelled throughout the lobby. Staff are so helpful and friendly. I could be crazy, but the bathroom floors are heated and there is a thermostat in the bathroom I believe that controls the temp. The beds had the best linens and the beds and pillows were crisp and comfortable. In fact, I slept so good I overslept! Will be back and bring family during a football game and stay at the Kindler. Just a beautiful city with lots of charm. The price was great for a Friday night and was same price I paid for an average chain hotel the night before. You won't regret staying here! Treat yourself.
