Comfort Suites East

Ended up leaving at about 11pm because they put me in a room with an adjoining door. The people on the other side had kids and they were not quiet at all. Packed up and drove 4 hours home. Wasted money for sure.

Pool was closed for maintenance - we wouldn't have booked here (with 3 kids) had we known. Front desk didn't seem to care nor try to make up for this in any way. Room was just ok. Paper thin walls so we got to enjoy the ladies in the adjoining room talking and watching movies all night long. The neighborhood wasn't very nice. Marijuana shop and an Irish pub in the same parking lot. Just a little too run down for our family. Didn't stay for breakfast.

I always enjoy my stays at this hotel! I stay there so frequently that they are recognizing me and knowing my name already, which I really enjoy having that connection with them. The pool was finally open and my grandchildren & I had lots of fun!

Air conditioning unit made a ton of noise and would kick off and on with a loud clunking noise every 10 to 15 mins. They did offer to move us but it was 11:00 at night and the kids were in bed. Gave us a 25% discount for a sleepiness night 😠

As always my stay at this hotel is always great. Although the last 2 times I have been there the pool was closed for maintenance. Very frustrating when I have kids to entertain. But otherwise , room was clean, bed was comfy and staff always friendly. I have to go back in July, let's hope the pool is open by then.

The location was great. It was very close to everything I had to be at during my stay. I was able to walk to the local mall and restaurants. The staff was not pleasant. The woman in the breakfast area was extremely rude to the guests. The pool was closed for maintenance and had been for several months. This did not upset me since I was travelling alone, but upset many of the families that had no warning.

We had a very stressful weekend. Our son had a baby born a little to early and had to be put in NICU. So my wife and I decided to rent a hotel room at place with a pool. So we could take our other 2 grandchildren swimming to give my son and daughter-in-law a break to deal with their newborn. We were not told the pool had been out of service for maintenance for awhile when we checked in. There was a small sign at the desk saying the pool was closed but didn't see it because of other people waiting to check in standing in front of it. Ans we didn't find out until we went down to the pool and seen it was closed. Didn't get much from the host other to say sorry. Needless to stay we spent over a hundred dollars to stay a night in hotel that we really didn't need since we only live 50 minutes away and have very upset grandchildren we had to deal with. Very frustrated and disappointed.

This was the worst check in possible we got there checked in and was not told the pool was closed which is why we stayed there anyway the room was dirty when to talk to front desk she said not her problem then asked for a manager and told she could not be reached till Monday asked what to do about all the problems we had ang she said can’t talk. Her till Monday and she was so rude then my husband went to ask what to do about all the problems and she said just leave this hotel and you can call Monday and see about a refund we are 3 hours away from home with 4 kids and no hotel do to her not wanting to work with us I’m still so up set we had to stay at another hotel so know i paid for two hotels this is just to much I can’t believe how bad that lady was

We had a terrible experience from the second we walked into that door. The front desk was rude from the get go to everyone that encountered her. Unprofessional dress. Nonchalantly told us the pool was closed even though that was clearly a reason we chose the hotel for our kids. No grace in offering a small discount since it was closed. Told us to go somewhere else if we didn’t like it. Went to do laundry and that was broke. Waffle batter was so thick, yogurt was spoiled, choices were slim. We had stayed there exactly a year ago and the decline in all around service and cleanliness was a huge decline especially for the price.

Our last stay here. We've stayed I think 6 times in the last 3 years as daughter was in school in Lincoln. Each visit was good and we knew what to expect. I remember the first visit had an issue where we had to move rooms after first night because there was a booking issue, but it wasn't that bad (tho I was angry LOL). The most recent two visits were awesome. We requested adjoining rooms on the 2nd to last visit and we got that and were pleased with the amount of space in the second room. Was great to have a place to visit with family. On the very last visit, I booked another hotel to try to do something different, then my wife looked at the reviews of the 'other' place and we switched back to the Comfort Suites East. Very happy we did. We'll miss this place :)
