We needed an early check-in so we could get to a family event. They accommodated that request without any hassle. Check-in was easy and fast. We were in and out and off to the family event in 10 minutes.

The facilities were nice and the staff were exceptional! The room was a good size for our family of 4. The pull out coach was broken so that was disappointing.

Hotel, staff and cleanliness was EXCELLENT!!! Valet parking was quick and really not a nuisance at all and great service. Our room heard lots of road noise from the busy street out front. The sirens and motorcycles prevented a good nights sleep for the adults but the kids slept great!

We stayed as a family. Attendant kicked everyone out of the pool because a six volleyball girls and their tweens were too loud. Even though we were adults with our eight year old in the pool. We paid way too much money not to have this amenity. We were there for the marathon race and couldn’t even access breakfast before 730. Very disappointing considering they were hosting over 150 runners

The stay was great but was very disappointed in the TV service....it would keep freezing up and we could only watch about 5 minutes at a time. ......when we called down to the desk their only help was to unplug it for a few minutes and plug it back in...that would give us about 15 minutes time to watch before it would freeze again. My kids were very disappointed.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Kathryn was very nice and helpful, I will definitely be back and tell my friends and family about this place.
