Embassy Suites Lincoln

Staff member yelled at 3 year old and scared her due to looking at the water fountain, not being in it nor trying to climb just looking at it. Bar manager and security told us that “they do it to all kids” beware not good for family.

My husband and I stayed one night here with 4 of our kids.. we wish we could have stayed longer! It was a great hotel experience. Definitely family friendly. The kids loved the atrium area, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was absolutely fabulous, and our room was spacious and clean. The rooms are a little out-dated, but it looks like they have plans to renovate them soon. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to use the pool and hot tub, but they looked very nice. The surrounding area is also great.. we used the hotel’s valet parking service and then were able to walk to everywhere we needed, which was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Lincoln.

We always enjoy our stay at embassy suites. Love the happy hour and their wonderful breakfast. It was noisy. We were right by elevator. Also had kids running back and forth about 10pm. Next time will ask for quieter location.

The location is perfect and an all suite hotel is terrific for families. The rooms are showing wear and are dated.

I made the reservation the night before. But unfortunately i became very ill on Saturday and was not able to use the room. I was sick enough that i am now scheduled to have a kidney removed this coming Wednesday on the 4th of October. So lets see, i made the reservation on Friday night late, to have the ability to go to the Nebraska football game with my date and to meet other friends at your hotel but by 11 am i became very sick and was not able to go to the game or enjoy the room and vistit with my friends. I paid over 400.00 for the room to experience a great time with my friends. But the only thing the hotwl couls say to me was oh sorry but the rule say! Okay i can understand this to a point. So you can enjoy you business, i and the friends that were staying there and have alway stayed there in the past will never enter your doors again. After all you know, you have rules. Enjoy them my friend will stay else where in the future. Lincoln has plenty of nice hotels. Yes i am bitter, i believe you should listen and judge on different situations. All you did was take my money and could careless. But i guess thats the difference between being a outstanding hotel and one of greed. Enjoy your day.

Security was intense, told us hour prior when lobby would be closing, then came around and hovered over our party. Reminded us several times when we were going to have to leave. Then asked if the children running around were ours, gave us warnings, and then proceeded to follow us to our room.

We checked in and went to our room which was located jus above the bar (noisy). About an hour after we checked in I was in an unrelated zoom meeting, there was a knock at my door, IT OPENED, and it was another guest who had been checked into the same room. The guest was apologetic and left. The manager (who had just checked me in) then called to tell me that their records indicated that we had checked out and he asked why we were still at the property. I reminded him that He had checked us in just an hour earlier. He grumbled and then (the manager on duty at 4.00pm) hung up on me. Shortly after that I went to the front desk to inquire what happened and to express my concerns that he was giving strangers my family’s hotel key. His response was, “if you have lost trust in us then I suggest you leave.” Which we did. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

We had 3 rooms for a family event over Memorial Day. The layout of the rooms is great for a longer stay. The separate bedroom and separate living room is perfect for bigger family events. The breakfast area is great for gathering with 3 different families staying there. We loved the cook to order breakfast that is back after the pandemic closure! Price point was low compared to other hotels with same star rating. Nice pool too

Love the indoor pool for the kids. Hot tub is great.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was so friendly. The only 2 things we didn’t like, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work and the second night they’re where kids running around it was hard to sleep.
