Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend for couples get-away or family. Bonus was the snacks and beverages in the lobby in the early evening when we arrived.

Nice, clean, family friendly place! Breakfast was decent. Staff was super friendly. The only complaint I have is the amount of Chlorine or salt in the pool. My 5 yr old son had a blast but since getting out of the pool his eyes burned so bad he started to cry in discomfort. We asked him if he wanted to swim the other days we were there, he said no. Beyond that, we would stay there again.

Pleasant staff however we didn't notice until we were ready to go to bed that the room darking shade didn't work. The desk clerk could not make it work and couldn't reach the manager last night or this morning. We had rented the conference room for our family Christmas so we didn't realize the problem until 11:30 when we were exhausted and didn’t feel like moving. The bright sun didn't allow us to sleep in! :(

Arturo was very friendly and gave us the attention we needed. Room was spacious and clean. I will would recommend this hotel in Hastings to all my family and friends.
