Holiday Inn Express Fremont, an IHG Hotel

This was the worst and most expensive hotel I’ve stayed in with my family. The pool was disgusting, found a bug that looks like a bed bug and wasn’t offered a different room, wasn’t accommodated at all. When we went to speak to the “manager” she said to come back in the morning and then she was gone…

Was a good experience and our kids loved the pool.

This is a great place to stay especially if you have little ones the have an amazing little water park for the littles. Breakfast was fresh and hot with plenty of options. Everything was nice and clean.

This was a stay for an out of town basketball tournament for middle school boys. Most of our team stayed here and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool area. It was a smaller pool than the pictures make it seem, but they made the best of it. There was a convenient table in the hallway along a wall of windows looking into the pool area so that we could socialize and supervise at the same time. Like any indoor pool area, it was loud and humid in the actual pool room. Everything seemed clean and well kept, but we did struggle to keep enough towels in the pool area and even though my room was for 4 people I only had 3 towels provided in my room. The breakfast was good, too. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and laid back towards our rather rowdy group.
