Holiday Inn Express And Suites West Omaha - Elkhorn, an IHG Hotel

Very clean hotel, friendly to staff. Great stay for our family with little kids!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family.

It is very close to family and makes our stay convenient.

It was a wonderful stay. We loved the accomodations. So close to our family gathering for the holidays! Bed was very comfy and supportive! TV was large. Bathroom was very modern & clean, as was the entire room. I liked that the floors were carpeted, made it warm on my bare feet. They accommodated my daughters dogs for an additional fee.

Have stayed here multiple times. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The indoor pool is a hit with the kids. The breakfast is better than most continental type breakfasts. My only complaint is the traffic/cars you hear all night long.

Clean, safe and friendly service. But we were disappointed that the chair lift in the pool doesn’t work and appeared to have been nonfunctional for quite some time. My boyfriend is partially disabled from a stroke and had hoped to be able to enjoy the pool with his grandkids. (We checked another location and theirs does not work either.) Other than that, we really enjoyed the hotel.

We were leery about this hotel but booked it on the fly since everything in Downtown Omaha was already sold out. The rooms were clean, the pool and breakfast were great! When we booked, this hotel was very close to being booked solid so we could only book 1 king bed and had to bring air mattresses for our 3 children. I was worried about the room being too small for them, but the room was HUGE and fit them with ease. Also, there's sports bar right outside of the parking lot with great food. We would definitely stay here again.

We were rather disappointed with our stay. The room was not clean (chips on the floor, hair in shower and sink), the water was cold for the kids in the evening shower after swimming. We received a very polite call after 9:30pm with a noise complaint that our dog was barking too loud which she mentioned she realized it wasn’t us but had to call to make peace. Our dog is well behaved, trained well and will bark to go potty however we had been in the room over an hour showering kids and winding down for the night and he had not barked once. The phone rang again at 12:30am waking us all so none of us had a great night sleep. Also, we were on the west end of the building at the end of the hall and the noise from Maple street did not stop. It was a rough stay.
