Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside

Stay was fine. Beds were uncomfortably hard but clean. The toddler toilets in your rooms are not meant for grown adults. Sit barely a foot off the floor. I am handicapped but normally dont have a problem with bathrooms. But yours was an issue. Also only 2 handicapped parking stalls in the entire parking lot. Needs at least 2 more.

The pool was freezing cold and this was disappointing for our children for sure. Purple lips made for a short swim. The hot tub was also drained and not operational, not note regarding this. In the pool area as well were unaccompanied minors being very rowdy and rough and this wasn't clearly not being addressed or monitored by hotel staff. Breakfast was just so so, not a lot of options..overall, the hotel is in a nice area, but for the price, we wouldn't stay again.

We arrived in the middle of the night emergently due to a family member in the hospital and it met all of our needs thank you very much.

From check-in to check out the staff at this property were phenomenal. When we checked in the lady that checked us in gave us suggestions of some kid friendly activities around the area. She was very informative about the amenities at the hotel. The hot breakfast was delicious and they had a very large variety to choose from. The room was clean upon check-in and the smell was refreshing the beds are comfortable everything worked as it should. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the western Omaha area.

Maybe we had an old room, but the shower was broken with the head spraying up and out; making it impossible to actually wash hair. The shower curtain had red dotted stains all over it (is it blood? Is it paint) One of my kids came running over with a door guard that had fallen off the wall and a rusty nail sticking out of it. The consul in the middle of the bed is coming out of the wall. One good lean and it's definitely falling. The whole reason we booked the hotel was for the pool. The hot tub was lovely; but the vents are disgusting- under each one of them were piles of debri. Paint was peeling everywhere. Water pooled up on the floor where it should strain and my kids fell while walking multiple times. No "on demand" so all the tv after 8 was not child appropriate (this is only important for families who want to watch a movie together after a long day out). Fitness center was dope and breakfast was great. Front desk ladies were so incredibly nice!! Maybe they are working on updating the hotel? Not sure, but our room and the pool was disappointing.

We had a great stay! The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and my kids had fun in pool. The pool room is in need of some work - peeling paint and it was so humid the folded towels you dry off with were damp.

Quick check in and out. Great amenities for the kids. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Very reasonable price. Will be coming back.

Very noisy. Not the hotels fault but adults just letting their children run around and being very loud all night and early in the morning v

First night we were there of a 4 night stay, kids were running up and down the aisles til 11pm but worse yet, screaming and running up and down from 630 til 930 until i yelled and said i was to call security. This should've been managed by the staff. Also, when room was cleaned, floors were not mopped from snow so i don't think they were vacuumedeither. Overall, nice plus, 3 starts

Property was clean. There was some sort of stain on the wall in our room, bathroom door had damage. We arrived on a Saturday. I figured room serve would come around Monday. The never showed. I had to go ask for more towels Sunday night. Was told there was none available. So I had to run over to target to get us some towels. My family just got out the the pool so it was a need!. But how can a hotel not have any towels available? I will not be staying here again! And the didn't seem concerned that I checked out 12hrs early due to having no towels and room service not coming.
