We have a large family and have to get two rooms. They were across the hallway from one another. We checked the phones and they didn’t work. We asked the front desk clerk if we could get a new one and she said the maintenance guys were gone. This is a safety issue. The pool room was very warm.

Felt very comfortable/safe in the area. Lots of food options nearby. I didn't like the parking lot, spots were small and not alot of spots. Rooms are average, cleanliness average, breakfast average. Would definitely stay again. It was affordable. Safer is priority for my family

There was mo one at the desk when we arrived. After several minutes of waiting I called.20 rings later someone appeared to answer my call. The mattress was hard & lumpy like it's very old. We both have back aches today. We had a child who was to sleep on the sofa bed. As we were ready for bed we discovered there were no linens, blankets or pillows for the bed. Luckily we brought his pillow & fav blanket. Not what you expect for $165 & wouldn't stay again

Hung out in The lobby most of the time as there were 7 of us total 2 families. The staff made us comfortable and welcome

Check in and overall cleanliness was great! Can tell there is some over all aging to the hotel (wallpaper peeling in a few spots, paint chipping etc). The pool also left more to be desired. Small, unkept, multiple spots were chipping - felt like it wasn't a focal point and it was SUPER slippery. The breakfast goes until 10am and had several options for the family. Best hotel breakfast options we've had in years! Would definitely stay again!
