Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Great stay for a family!!

This was a family-friendly hotel. A little noisy and dated, but fine.

Great location. Minutes from ALL that we had to do in Helena for the week. Quiet, comfortable room. Love the free laundry (we brought our own liquid detergent and dryer sheets from home). Full sized fridge and freezer was perfect for lunch stuffs and snacks. It was a little chilly and REALLY windy so we only enjoyed the outside patio and firepit one night. And the lobby area was perfect for family gatherings as we came and went. Nice selection of hot breakfasts and the coffee was terrific.

From the moment I met Elise at the front desk I knew I was going to like this place. Clean, cheery, modern, and full of the features--no kidding I could do our laundry for FREE! We are now Home2 Suites fans. It was our first stay, won't be our last. In fact, booked one tonight in Idaho Falls!

Wow! everything and more than we expected! Traveled to Helena for the Holidays, and needed a place for 8 nights. This place fit the bill! Clean with ALL of the amenities: 2 queen beds and pull out couch, full sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cups, silverware, toaster, microwave, flat screen tv. Clean bathroom with working hairdryer (has NOT been my experience in other hotels) workout room; free laundry; pool AND great selection for breakfast! Conveniently located on Helena's north side .... easy on and off of the interstate. Great lounge/common area for extended family and friends to gather: games, laughs, fellowship. OH! And it's pet friendly! The entire facility is quiet (not once did we hear our neighbors -- upstairs, next door, in the hallway .... NOTHING). We will stay again!

This hotel is definitely NOT worth the price. We got checked into our first room which was so badly filled with cigarette smoke and as someone who is allergic to it, we needed to change rooms!! I confirmed that it was a non-smoking facility which I was told indeed it was, her response to me was some people break the rules. I get that too but I also own a cleaning company and there are products you can use to get rid of the smoke smell in a room! ALSO, all over their ads, they say queen beds, We attended a family wedding and there were more than 20 rooms used for this wedding at this hotel. ALL of them had full beds not queens! Isn't that called false advertising? In addition, they ran out of general breakfast items. The majority of our group thought the breakfast was not worth staying at the hotel for! This from a HILTON?? As a former travel agent of 27 years, I know Hilton and this hotel is not it.

This was a great stay that allowed our family to get settled for our Montana vacation and provision up before hitting the road. The deluxe queen double room is incredibly spacious, with a large fridge and tons of counter space and storage. We never felt cramped or like we couldn't stay organized. There is a target right behind the hotel so if you need to shop for anything you forgot, it is easy. The room seemed clean except for a bit of mold in the shower caulk. Call the hotel about the pool to see if it is open and functioning. When we went, the pool was open but had no heat which was really hard on and disappointing for our little kids. The breakfast was good.

The rooms were a good size for families.
