The staff was pleasant and helpful. They allowed early check in. We had a quiet hall and no issues around others. The pool area was rarely used by others and our family had full access. Continental breakfast met all expectations. Overall, very nice stay.

We loved having two queen beds and a pull-out couch since our teenage children no longer want to sleep in the same bed together - it saves us from reserving two rooms! The breakfast was great, and the front desk was friendly (except for one grumpy face we were met with) and accommodating. This location is within walking distance of the grocery store and gas station, which was super convenient! Thank you!

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Room was fairly clean… pull out bed had crumbs in it and there was gum on the ceiling. Otherwise ok. Beds were comfortable. Not the hotel’s fault, but several times during the night there was a drunk woman in the hallway on our floor screaming obscenities at the top of her lungs. It woke me and my family up at least 3 times. I called the front desk and they said they would handle it. We weren’t bothered again. I would stay here again.

The rooms and pool were great. Only complaint is breakfast. They close at 9 and the man running it was practically breathing down my neck because he was so anxious to close. I was there before 9 and trying to make some breakfast for my kids who weren’t ready to come down and he made it very uncomfortable.

The hotel room and hotel was clean and roomy. The night clerk was a little gruff but with wrestling and basketball kids that’s understandable. The room had ample space for our family with excellent beds. The shower was hot but water pressure lacked a bit. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The location is nice and easy to get to. Only frustration is we couldn’t find anything besides door dash or fast food to eat nearby because of the major events going on in town.

went to eat in the am and witnessed how rude the man that was setting out food. he really made a family feel very bad . just because they moved 1 small table together because the family wanted to sit together to eat. He makes no eye contact when asked a question. made me feel like i was a no body. my company always books our rooms at confort. Im not sure if i wanted to come back there. i will be talking to my company about looking for another place. the rest of your staff is great.. A service. but 1 bad apple makes the whole tree sour. This man has no people skill and should be in the back away from the public. (maybe folding sheets or something like that ) ..

Only thing i had a problem with is the pool got shut down the last day of our stay. And kind of compensation was offered. And i had two kids and my wife with nothing to do.... Besides that we had a very enjoyable stay and breakfast was great....

Nice place to stay but unfortunately we had a kids sports team on the floor above us that ran around all night. Very noisy! The mattresses were also very soft, which if you like to roll to the middle that is not a problem. But convenient and clean.

Friendly staff, very nice room, good breakfast. Did not use the pool -- too many kids around. Only negative is the smell from the water treatment plant across the road. No problem inside, but once outside it was putrid.
