Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to have the windows open immediately to air it out. Half the outlets didn’t work. I bought cleaning supplies at Albertsons because our bathtub was covered in a weird slime and had hair all over it. Tile in the bathroom was very broken one kept coming up and my kids kept tripping on it. Would never recommend.

It was located near family I was visiting. It is a congested area and takes a while to negotiate the series of traffic lights and number of vehicles. The room had no exhaust fan or heat lamp inthe bathroom. The breakfast selection was not appealing.

Just a short little weekend trip to do some site seeing... the kids loved the pool... service was great, room clean.

Hotel was clean and comfortable for the family. Pool was open and functional for the kids which is a huge plus always. Will stay here again for future stays. Thank you

The hotel was very nice, clean, courteous and friendly staff. Parking is limited. Me and my husband enjoy hot tuba and always try and stay in a hotel that has one the said thing is this hotel has one however the water was like a warm bath that I would run for my toddler grandson. Very disappointing

Upon arrival we were given a double queen room when we booked a king studio suite. We asked the woman to honor our booking or explain why we didn’t get what we reserved. She stated that because we have kids she thought it was a better option and argued that the room was a king queen room. She eventually honored our reservation. When we entered the room there were hairs in the tub and sink.

The pool and hot tub were broken which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel they did offer to cancel a day before my reservation but thete was a big sporting event in the area so there was only 3 available hotels left in the area and they were very expensive and didnt have the amount of accommodations i needed for my family to sleep in the rooms so changing hotels wasn't an option

Hotel was very clean and quiet. But the shower rod and shower drain plug were broken which was a pain when you have little kids to bath. And the toilets were very stained so it could use some updates. Staff were helpful and friendly.

It has a good continental breakfast. Some places don;t offer this anymore. Pool for the kidos. I feel the rooms are starting to age. Needs some updating. Bathroom fan sounded like a Mac truck, lamps shades should be replaced, carpet was stained, some floor tiles in bathroom were cracked. Overall good for the price.

I liked the super friendliness of the staff esp Cheryl. Her smile made the difference as I went to check out the hotel first. The prop is very clean and inviting, the hallway carpet is very attractive and the room! Oh my, the room was beautiful, carpets and drapes matched, it was very cheerful & inviting, calming and we loved the soaps and special touches you brought. It smelled very fragrant w/out being overpowering. Everything was in working order. Breakfast was delicious, esp the pancakes, my husband had 2nds on the sausage, the place was sparkling clean and the sun came in so beautifully through the windows. The cookies for snack were so delish. I loved the pool area & loved the kids enjoying and the fact you had generous open times for the pools. I'm sure I will think of some more, I can't stop raving about it!!!!!! TEN STARS!!!!
