The pool was super cold. Then, on Sunday they had swim lessons for children so guests were kicked out. My kids were upset.

Was not given the type of room I paid for. I reserved & paid for a king room with a sofa bed for my daughter, her partner and 2 children. They were given a room with just one king bed. They checked in at about 9:30 pm and my daughter did not want to change rooms. She went to front desk and asked for more bedding so her 5 year old son and 7 year daughter could sleep on a bench & two chairs pushed together. The clerk did find them a rollaway that my granddaughter slept on, but my grandson had to sleep on two chairs pushed together. I am not happy about the situation and the hotel stay at all. I probably will not have my daughter and her family stay at the Hampton Inn again.

After 10:00pm dogs were barking at each other then the fire alarm went off around 2:00am and kids were running up and down the hallways screaming. Then the fire alarm went off again around 6:45am. The elevator was noisy and was out of service so we had to drag our luggage down two flights of stairs.
