The staff was super friendly with a smile so warm and understanding . Thank You staff for making my family and I feel welcomed we will be back .

I was disappointed. Called the front desk before reserving to check on the poor, I was told it was all functioning, they didn't bother to tell me that the slide was only open on the weekends. So I booked the room and then found out on arrival about the slide. My kids were so disappointed, the slide was the only reason we booked at this hotel. The showed in our room had someone else's hair stuck to the wall, guess no one bothered to clean our shower. Also the sink in our bathroom hardly drained.

Hotel was clean and rooms were good. Only downfall was we booked this hotel because of the pool and slide for the kids. Pool is very cold and the slide is only open on Friday sat and sun. If we would have known that we may have booked elsewhere

We booked this property because we were traveling with our kiddos and they had a water slide... Nowhere did it say it was only open on weekends... Disappointed kids... Over priced hotel... Breakfast was good though and staff was nice... Just disappointed in the no slide access

Booked a stay there to take my grandkids swimming and to use the waterside only to find out upon arrival that the waterside are only open partial days Friday Saturday and Sunday

We made the trip to check out Great Falls and selected this hotel based on the water slide. No where on Expedia does it say the slide is closed M-Th. We were saddened by this and the only consolidation was that “sorry- they’re limited on how much information they can post on Expedia”. It’s a newer hotel so the rooms are large and the spaces adequate. But it’s already kind of dirty. Stains in carpets and curtains. Slime and sludge in the pools. No need to come back. We didn’t have that great of a time. We came back home to Canada and stayed a second night to make it up to the kids.

We had a great stay for our child’s birthday party. Staff was wonderful and super accommodating. Nice hotel with a pool and water slide. Perfect for families.
