The hotel was terrific, the suite was spacious and well-equipped including a Keurig coffee-maker and full sized refrigerator. We would have given a 5 Star review if the breakfast was better. There was only one waffle maker which resulted in long-lines waiting for a waffle and hosing up the food space (tons of kids were there). There was no fruit and no yogurt. The eggs and bacon were good. we did not eat the chip beef, but it looked OK. A good far outweigh the bad and we will stay there again in the fall.

The hotel is fairly new and they are clearly working out issues. The bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The shower leaked like a sieve. The bathroom sliding door was very hard to close.
The breakfast was understaffed, a bit messy, and they ran out of food.
My biggest complaint is that the family upstairs was running up and down all night. I had to call at 1 AM to get management to shut them down. Our ceiling was shaking from the activity upstairs. The hotel was fairly noisy for a Friday night.
But this is a nice property with a lot of potential.

Was a wonderful getaway with the family. Highly recommend it as this is the 2nd stay we had.

Visiting Montana with my family for the first time. Nice hotel with friendly staff. it was easy to navigate the city from the hotel.

The hotel is easy to get to and there is ample parking. The room was large enough for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable. However, a few issues include sliding barn style doors on the bathroom which does not provide the most privacy (ours did not close properly). Also, the hot tub jets were not working and staff did not offer a solution to assist the problem. We were on the second floor and could hear the room above us quite a bit.

The pool and hot tub were out of order, they put us in a room right next to two rooms that had flooded and were getting gutted and dried out and had giant fans in the hall outside our door, our room had no conditioner, and the tv kept going out! We weren't informed of any of this in advance. Very disappointing since my kids were REALLY excited to swim.

Located conveniently near the highway, easy to find and quick check in .
Hotel is very clean , rooms are immaculate and spacious !
Spacious rooms feature updated bathroom, well appointed kitchenette , beds are comfy and overall feel of cleanliness.
Wifi - easy to access and decent
Breakfast is included and upon check in - we we were advised that it is not to be missed and amazing . Unfortunately the breakfast was your standard basic meh motel level with an extremely limited selection of packaged oatmeal , basic cereal , minimal fruit and some horrendous looking meat round . Nothing exciting or tasty on offer and the biggest miss , no bacon!
I would recommend staying here as hotel is clean , spacious and reasonably priced .
Two pet peeves that contributed to average rating .
Hotel guests smoking at the front door , first had to walk through a cloud of smoke and the lobby completely reeked of cigarettes.
Pool closed ! Booking criteria for a family getaway is a pool , no mention or pool closure on booking site and a significant disappointment for the kids .

I booked a room using Hotels.com, had the confirmation email, the reminder email, the app login with confirmation and check in info... and now this wonderful email asking me to rate our stay. The hotel had zero record of the reservation. They said sorry we are sold out, figure it out. Even with all of this information proving my reservation. We traveled 4 hours with small children and had to call every hotel in this city before finding one who had a room set aside for cases like this. I could never reach someone on the Hotels.com chat or phone - it's all robots and they could not help me. I am extremely upset at the lack of customer service available through this website, but they probably keep it that way so they can scam people out of their prepaid rooms with no way to retrieve it. I am also very disappointed that this hotel had absolutely zero empathy for my situation and kicked us to the curb. We almost had to sleep in our packed car for the night. The whole experience was atrocious.
