This is a magnificent hotel on the banks of the Missouri River. It is beautifully planted with so many flowers. Everything was top notch. I’ll be returning soon. Perfect for business or family travels.

My family and I stayed here on our way from Yellowstone back to Canada. The location is gorgeous, the rooms are quiet and well appointed.

Weve stayed twice at this hotel and it was better 2 years ago. We had constant noise of children above us stomping around all hours. Phoned front desk but just got worse. I left my jacket in the closet and am not sure if ill ever see it again, cause they were not very helpful at the front desk. I phoned them right away to tell them about my coat and they transfered me to housekeeping whom i left 2 messages with. they never returned my phone call. The best part is MacKenzie river pizza co is right next door

This is an awesome property. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I may do different is get a river view instead of being on street. Street can be noisy but for the most part our family had no concerns.

I made the reservations through Hotels.com. I called to confirm riverfront view. Lady confirmed that we were facing River. Checked in to find out that our rooms were facing parking lot. No assistance was made by one clerk, but a guy named Ryder assisted and took care of my parents room. Me, my wife and kids kept our room, but had no view.

Friendly front staff. I was a little disappointed that the hotel lists an airport shuttle BUT I wasn't able to have them shuttle me to my early morning flight, because I was told that the hours were from 6am to midnight. Also, the 'breakfast included' consisted of a frozen sausage sandwich (there WAS a microwave in the room), a small juice and a kid's sized fruit cup.

The exterior of the hotel is immaculate with beautiful flowers and lush grass. There were little things on the interior that need some sprucing up. Sheets were thin and could use and upgrade, sofa sleeper is definitely unbearable even for a child to sleep on, sunflower seeds on the floor of the bathroom and we did not eat any during our stay : (. Breakfast sandwiches were a nice treat!

The staff was incredibly friendly The breakfast was delicious and lots of options. We had a river view and although it was cold and snowy it was beautiful. We would come back and stay again. The pool was cold but we have small children.
