Hampton Inn Great Falls

Location great . Convenient to location of family we were visiting.

Great property we arrived early and were able to check into our room which was awesome as my husband had a business appointment and the rest of our family was able to swim during his appointment. Dining close by which is always a plus. Very friendly staff. We would stay here again.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn twice - once upon arriving to Great Falls and again before departing from Great Falls. I don't stay at Hampton Inn as much as I used to as I have found the price has increased while the quality has decreased. I only stayed here because other family members had booked rooms at this location. On my first stay, the room I was given had a bad musty odor. I requested to change rooms and they gave me another room. On my second stay, the AC didn't work. Even the fan didn't work. The hotel was completely booked (according to the evening manager) so I was stuck in a warm, stifling room. The management was mildly apologetic, but I wasn't given any compensation for having spent over $200 for a room without AC. The breakfast is also below average. I'm used to eggs tasting fake at hotels, but this was the first time I've had bacon that tasted fake.

We always stay at this Hampton when we travel to Great Falls. It’s in a convenient location and it’s always clean with friendly staff. The gal at the counter for check in remembered us from our last stay nearly a year ago and she really goes out of her way to accommodate any needs we may have. The pool area is always clean and well stocked, as is the breakfast room. My family enjoys staying here.

The front desk staff and the staff that stocked the breakfast bar were wonderful. The cleaning service pulled the covers up over a towel that had been left on it, left the dirty linens in the tub and the bags of garbage sitting on the chair. The pool had so much chemical in it that it burned our kids skin. The breakfast and coffee were very good.
