Very helpful and accomadating. We needed a bit of an early checkin and they were able to help us. Travelling with grandkids and they were very kind to them. QWe have stayed here before and will stay here again.

The Crystal Inn was quiet, comfortable, and clean. It was a great place to stay for a week while visiting family in Great Falls. Our room was spacious and climate control was on point during a hot July. Would definitely stay again.

I selected this hotel cause my wife was flying back home from Arizona… When I went to check in, the hostess made me wait so she could drive a passenger to the airport, while I had my two smaller kids with me… then when we finally got checked in, as we were going to our room the hallway smelled of sewer… and the hotels.com website never mentioned anything about the pool being closed, and my son couldn’t swim and was upset…

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. However the pool that was supposed to be done by our dates was still under construction. Also the TV didn’t work the entire weekend and we were told that it was something with wiring? So not to happy about the simple things needed to entertain children weren’t available. And nothing was offered to off set the inconveniences.

I love that this place is so quiet and no disturbance. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I didn’t like though is that on their website it says nothing about the pool being under construction which kinda got me upset because my kids were looking forward to swimming so I suggest calling them before you book about the pool.

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Inn. Any staff we interacted with were friendly and kind. The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was basic, but exactly what we needed. It also had great hours so we were able to swim multiple times, so our kids loved that. Lastly, the noon check out was a treat. To not have to rush out in the morning was really nice!

The staff are very friendly and it's a nice place. It's just the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Stomping all night long on the floor above and people and kids running and screaming up and down the hallways. We had 4 rooms in different sections and floors and we all had the same experience. If you like sleep... This is not your place.
