Hotel is awesome with a very clean casino and restaurant. Staff is awesome. I loved everything about it, BUT if you don’t like screaming children in the pool from 8Am to 10PM it ruins the ambiance a bit. You can hear them in your room with the door closed. The layout of rooms surrounding pool results in an adult not receiving any peace on the beautiful deck overlooking pool. I would just suggest they shorten the hours from 10-8 or 9, thus giving everyone else a chance to enjoy the beautiful patios! Obviously kids and parents LOVE this.

Room got really hot / Stuffy. The reason I was told was because it was off the pool in rooms where no Room A/C is available. (wish I had known before accepting the room at check-in). Grandkids DID enjoy the pool! Breakfast was mediocre.

First, the pool was down and no message or notification that it happened though when I spoke to make an adjust my reservation they said it was up and running about 3 days before my intended dates and I said my kids were so excited for a pool. No call or message sent at all even though they sent a message/call about the pool being for guests only a day prior to my call to make the adjustment. Then we show up and they have a sign about the pool, figured we didn’t have time to cancel and go somewhere else (traveled over 14 hours btw) we get in our room and I go to shower…and it doesn’t work. Went to the front and told them and they seemed upset that I wanted a new room!

Staff were friendly, there was ample parking and located in a nice area of town to go for a walk and easy to get on the main routes to drive into town. The kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was cold. Breakfast on the first morning was good, on the second, there wasn’t as much choice, but still acceptable.

Was informed the wrong dates the pool would be closed. The main reason for our stay was to swim, having 3 kids under 10 its hard to keep them entertained in a room without a pool.

Disappointed the pool was closed for repairs but that's life. Discovered at 4 yr old bedtime that there was no water in the shower (no tub but totally ok as kid wanted her 1st shower) however staff came within minutes to verify then moved us to another room and even a bellhop to help us make the move. Staff was phenomenal and breakfast was increditble! Would highly recommend this hotel!11

Horrible parking hot tub was green and murky pool was just murky kids running up and down the halls at all hours and just being loud.called me and my husband at 11:30 pm when we were sleeping to complain about a noise complaint supposedly coming from our room. 0/10 would not recommend.

The staff was amazing with our hockey teams. They opened the conference area for our kids to play mini sticks in. Would definitely stay here again!
