My family loves your hotel! We come to St. Louis just to stay there. The rooms are great and we love walking to the local shops and catching a movie at the hotel theater.

The room’s two queen beds only had one made. One literally had a sheet thrown on the beds mattress and that was it. Not even a mattress cover. I took a photo. Have to pay for microwave and parking. When we checked out the front desk tried to charge us double our rate. Pretty sad. Used to stay hear all the time visiting my children at SLU.

Upgraded to a beautiful suite which made travel with kids and a dog quite pleasant. Only minor issue was that room was literally 45 degrees when we arrived. It warmed within 3 hours. Not tragic with teens but would have been unpleasant with littles ready for bed. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Room and hotel were in great shape. Check in was easy.

We had a wonderful experience at your hotel. We used the pool, movie theater and 2 of the restaurants. Great location and friendly staff. We will be recommending it to our friends & families when they visit St. Louis.

We always stay at the Chase when visiting family and friends. It’s a beautiful place to stay and a great place for everyone to gather
