Good hotel but poor management in terms of keeping the hotel clean. The room was not cleaned and tidied up until 4 pm when we had requested cleaning 3 times already, then even after requesting that room was not mopped, it must have not been mopped even prior to our stay as my child' s socks got completely black from dust after walking bare foot on the floor (we take our shoes off in the room) . Did not leave new fresh towels, did not replace with complimentary items, such as soap, coffee, tea or water. The sheet was soiled probably old but still. The seats at the reception area were soiled. Lobby floors were dirty.

The main issue we had with staying here is the parking situation, we were told it’s 30$ valet service to park in general. When I decided to cancel the valet and just park in the garage ourselves (15$ if parking for over 8 hours total) the concierge only canceled one charge for the two nights we were there. When we checked out we asked a different person about it and she refunded us the additional charge. In addition to this, we had to ask for a different room after checking in because ours smelled distinctly like baby poop. The new room seemed fine until the last day when we noticed brown/ reddish stains on the comforter. Lastly, the room had a fire alarm on the wall in the main room that was blinking bright red every five seconds. When we turned the lights off, it was so annoyingly bright and bouncing off the walls we woke up multiple times. This is the first negative review I’ve left for a hotel and really I can let go of a lot of stuff. This trip was meant to celebrate my and my partners ten year anniversary so I went out of my way to find a hotel that seemed like a good fit, a little pricier but hopefully worth it. I ended up spending close to 350 with extra charges and two nights for a long weekend of frustration.

Super nice hotel, convenient and modern. We paid for off-site parking in the garage across the street; it was $12 overnight. Location is walkable to some cute restaurants. Quite close to the Zoo, which we visited. Just to note: We would have bought breakfast at the hotel at least one day, but $16/person seemed pricey for cold items (esp. with two picky kids). Not anything that messed with our trip in the least! Would happily stay here again.

Upon arrival self parking is difficult to find. It would be a ways from the front door to carry luggage so valet is the best thing to do and it is affordable. We ubered everywhere we went rather than wait on our car and try and find parking at other places. Very convenient. The hotel itself was very luxurious. Staff was extremely nice. When you walk in it automatically feels and smells clean, everywhere even your room. The rooms were very comfortable. Wasnt much in regards to breakfast being available. A very health concious buffet was available but at a little more than we were willing to pay for the little food you got so we walked down the street to a place that had a nice big breakfast. No pool so if you have kids that are hoping for that then it may not be the right place. They do have a amazing gym, which again was very clean. All in all one of the best places we have stayed.
