Great location and friendly, helpful staff. My room overlooked a dumpster and the HVAC system with views into the office building next door. There seemed to be minimal insulation in the building. I could hear my nextdoor neighbor cough and the kids above me running around.

10min walking distance Off-site parking. poor plumbing issue. I have to change room 2 times. 1st room with broken faucet. 2nd room with clog shower. I was there on New Year's Eve, I heard some gunshots around 1 am. I look out the window and some kids are shooting.

It was very upscale and different from any other hotel that I have stayed. Not really geared towards kids. We didn't stay there that long but the parking is about quarter mile away and $25 to park overnight. I didn't read the fine print. We were driving for a long time so we didn't mind the walk but don't forget anything in the car. They do have a taxi that will come get you. We also didn't have a garbage in our room. Luckily I just had a plastic bag to put our stuff in.

We had such a wonderful stay. Our kids didn't ask to go back to the hotel, they asked to go home. That is how much we liked it there. Everyone was super friendly, genuine and kind. If I had to list a negative I would say the yellow seating by the table could be shampooed. But really it was the perfect hotel. We loved our stay and will defiantly be back!

We had three rooms for family visiting St. Louis together. Hotel had good common spaces for hanging out. We got take out dinner one night and were able to eat at large table in lobby. Kids enjoyed the pool table and swimming in the pool. If warmer we would have enjoyed sitting outside. Only complaint is with the bathroom design. The sliding door to the bathroom in our room did not have a lock and would not stay closed. Bathroom in another family member's room did not have private shower, only a partition between beds and shower but no door that could be shut. Only stay here if you don't need complete privacy from roommates when showering/using toilet.

Great service, modern rooms. I had my family with me and there is a large mirror that reflects into the bathroom/shower area so just know there is no privacy getting in/out of shower. Maybe a a good thing for couples, not so much with kids.

Let me start off with saying there’s only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer in the whole hotel. They do not have a change machine and the front desk does not have change either. We ended up going to a laundry mat to do our laundry. You have to park 2 blocks away from the hotel in a parking garage that you have to pay for, then either walk or wait for a shuttle which is an inconvenience if you are leaving a lot. Then, if your with your family, there’s no door for privacy for the shower. There’s a door for the toilet, but if you want to take a shower, your family has to stay on the other side of the dividing wall due to no door. Some staff was friendly, but others were very rude. The day we checked out of the hotel, a car that was parked on the street was broke into. Surrounding area isn’t the best, and not just because of that one incident.

This hotel is clean and all the employees that we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The issue is with the room layout…. When you walk in the hotel room, the bathroom facilities are open to your view… not just the sink as in other hotels… The shower is in open view to anyone walking into your hotel room! If that wasn’t strange enough, there is also a full length mirror attached to the wall opposite from the bathroom area, which means that you can actually see the reflection of someone stepping out of the shower while laying in bed…. It is bizarre to design a hotel bathroom this way, so please take this into account before booking. A group of friends or a family with teenagers would NOT enjoy sharing this room since so many awkward situations will be caused by this lack of privacy.
