Easy check in w cool and unique style hotel. Tv wouldn’t work so we had to hook up the hdmi cables bc they were on the floor. One Coffee cup in room was broken and only one paper coffee cup to use. Service at front desk was great, however, security person was super rude as we were trying to either eat or go to rooftop bar. Both were supposed to open at 4 and we were standing at bar entrance at 4:15 and were told not sure when we are opening. Then, trying to get into the restaurant we were told, “we will open when the doors open!” Having said that, there wasn’t a place to get water or sodas for the kids….. poor communication skills and put a bad taste in our mouth!

The hotel is beautiful and modern. They have paid attention to every detail. The rooms are comfortable and have all you will need. (There is a small refrigerator in the room that is not included in the listing.). The check in is very pleasant. They even offer dog biscuits for your fur baby. Saving the best for last, the rooftop garden and bar is fabulous. It has great views of the city and really gets going later in the night with music. We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend.

This is a unique hotel but would not recommend it other than it is so close to the Fox Theater and Powell Hall. During check-in I was provide no information other than a room key. No information was provided in regards to amenities or wifi. The male clerk seemed disinterested commenting "oh early check-in" when I arrived.I found lipstick stains on a towel, the coffee maker was dirty, and the a/c would not cool the room below 70 degrees. Also the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Honestly, it’s cute but not my cup of tea. House keeping obviously sucks as the room was dirty in a lot of places. Sure they are eco friendly but there’s a point between eco friendly and plain gross. Not to mention the restaurant was closed when the website said it would be open. I choose this hotel based solely on the fact it had restaurant and I knew we’d be arriving in late evening. My daughter has surgery this morning and couldn’t eat after midnight. I was planning to feed her food here. We ended up having to use door dash which cost me an extra $60 just for two hamburgers and fries. You read that correctly $60. The shower is fine. The beds are comfy. The soap smells like lemon grass and that’s cool. But I felt like I couldn’t get the soap off and I didn’t even bother trying their “conditioning shampoo” as it’s two in one. Not a fan of that, The lights flash on and off so if you’re prone to seizures.. good luck. Kids? Not too kid friendly. They have robes… however only one was in the room. You’d think with two queen size beds they would at least provide two without having you ask for extra. The coffee station didn’t prove enough condiments for two people and honestly wasn’t even organized. This hotel isn’t for someone who has OCD. It’s honestly drove me nuts all evening and the fact everything is extremely disorganized as in here’s 3 packages of cotton balls and one package of q-tips kind of nuts. 4 coffee cups, one robe.

We are a family of 4 and booked the large double queen room. The room was tiny so we barely had any room, there’s just the two beds and a very small space in front of them to walk. This caused all of us to hurt our feet and ankles quite a bit running into the end of the beds. Our sheets were also not very clean and when we asked for a toothbrush because we forgot one they told us they didn’t have them but later that night after we had made a special trip to buy one we saw a bag with one and some other things on a door a few doors down. There was also a book beside the beds that my 12 year old found with a bunch of art with middle fingers so a little inappropriate in my opinion. The hotel is very cool and interesting but a little disappointed with the room.
