We loved the Raphael Hotel for our visit to KC! The room was spacious, clean, and just right for our family of 4. The service was outstanding by the front desk. We also enjoyed appetizers and drinks downstairs at The Chaz, and it was phenomenal. We can’t wait to stay here again when we return to the KC area! Recommended for all who want to be in the Country Club Plaza area.

Beautiful hotel and the best service. It felt like a family. Charlotte at the front desk was amazing, she went above and beyond. Her service made the stay more enjoyable.

I stay in 20 hotels a year and the hotel service at the Raphael is the best is the industry! Valet to room service to the manager personally welcoming our family, I don’t know if I’ve ever Benn so welcomed at a hotel.
