The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The property overall was nice. The room was pleasant but some of the things were inoperable. The mini fridge was out of order, one light was flickering while in use and another did not work. Our lock on the door handle was broken and a few things in the room were dirty like a towel with makeup, hair in the bathroom and the ice bowl was dirty. We used the pool and it was okay. The breakfast food was not really good. They didn't really have more selection for kids other than cereal. The oatmeal was cold and hard and the hot food was not great either. The coffee was decent though.

Loved the space. The best I’ve had during my one month of travel. Only issues I had was the bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain and I heard a crying baby earlier in the evening for about 1 hour. The music level in the breakfast area was very loud also.

We stay at Springhill everytime we visit family in Springfield,MO. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping does a great job the room smells so fresh! Beds are comfortable. Guest services meet all our needs!

We found this hotel very clean, but the breakfast was completely lacking and beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. Very clean pool area that the kids enjoyed.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It is definitely the only place I will stay now when I am visiting family in Springfield. It is secluded yet close to Glenstone and all it's dining and shopping options. The property is quiet, clean and has a very friendly staff.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We were just passing through for a night but we will definitely be back! The property was very clean and the room was beautiful and modern. The water in the indoor pool was nice and warm. The staff was very friendly and promptly had me checked in. Five stars for sure.
