My family stayed here overnight on our way home from a wedding in Florida. I have stayed here a few times in the past while visiting family in Springfield. The place is always clean and quiet. The breakfast is good for a quick start to your day. The lady at the front desk when i checked in wasn't very friendly but wasn't rude either she acted like she would rather be somewhere else. The place needs to be updated our bed squeaked alot. I would stay here again.

This hotel is full of permanent residents who don't have the most well behaved crowd hanging around all night. As a grown man, its fine....but dont take your kids & wife.

This property was fantastic for our family. The design was great and the staff were excellent. The layout of the property has a large central green space with a playground, trees, and swings. It was fantastic. The kids and I were able to play catch and soccer. The parking in front of the room was easy and secure (I only wish it was back-in instead of front-in). The design of the buildings was neat, they looked unique and the awnings and walkways were practical and very useful. The room was quiet. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. They offered our kids treats when we arrived. The breakfast was good (although they did have a difficult time keeping the food available quickly - because so many people were staying that night. Overall, it was a good stay and it would be great to stay at this property again.

You can park right in front of your room door, no luggage up and down stairs. Also has a little park area for kids.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our rooms were a little dusty with some dead moths around the edges of the room. The free breakfast was good and had several options, but they don’t really have enough tables for families or people to sit so there is a bit of a wait.

Loved it! Nostalgic feel motel. Rooms are big and roomy. Very clean and comfortable bed. The motel layout is great. Brings back memories from my childhood. Little playground, pool was closed but I bet it’s great in the summer. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great the room not so much! There were bugs everywhere we counted 30 as we were waiting for someone to refund us. I would never let my children stay there nor would i have been able to sleep.

Door to room goes directly out to the parking lot, convenient for unpacking and reloading car. Building is older, like from our childhood. Most updates pretty nice. However door to outside did not fit well, rm #116, could see daylight all around it. Concerned me re:security. Bathroom sink woth very little room for toiletry kit. Countertop outside bathroom, however, provided quite a lot of room for such.

I actually loved our stay. I didn’t realize I booked a motel, but it was perfect. It was kinda cute, in very good upkeep, quiet, good breakfast, priced fairly, and easy access to your car. It had a nice shaded courtyard area with outside chairs, playground pool, etc that would have made for a great family gathering location. I was very pleased and recommend it.
