Home2 Suites by Hilton Springfield North

Very nice large room. The junior suite had a curtain separating the sofa bed. Lots of space and enough towels for everyone. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice variety of food. They have coffee and water in lobby all day.

On vacation with family of 4, including 2 children. Room & bathroom was very clean and fully stock including 2 complimentary bottle of waters in fridge. Full kitchen area except stove. All the staff was friendly and spoke to me. If I needed anything they were very prompt. Nice small gym. Pool is from 3 to 5 feet and in working order, my child absolutely enjoyed herself. Restaurants close by. I would definitely stay there again!

Easy and fast check in. Room was nice for our size family. Little disappointed the floor was wet from steam cleaning the carpet so thought no big deal it should be dry in a couple hours but no its not so that is a little gross.

We are on a family trip and it was awesome for a family of 5 💖

The staff was great and the room was pretty nice. The beds are pretty comfortable too! The shower was pretty gross and had someone else's hair all over the floor. The bathroom door also did not lock so with my family of 6, this was not great. The pool is out of order so you have to walk down the street to the hotel by the road(just great in a swimsuit). This isn't the end of the world but I have an 18 month old so it was pretty inconvenient and my husband ended up just staying in the room with her.

The front desk was exceptional and very friendly. The hotel was clean and our room was nice, however when we arrived to our room there were dirty dishes left over in the dishwasher. When requesting extra pillows and blankets the front desk was very prompt and nice. There was a woman named Dee who was in charge of the breakfast bar who was unprofessional and rude. She was yelling at the other worker in front of us patrons and was very belittling to her. Also she said "Im not opening the yogurt machines tomorrow with all these kids here" Which really seemed quite rude and unwelcoming to us guests. She was very condescending when answering my questions about the waffle batter and answering other customers also. I will be back to other Hilton Hotels but if ever in Springfield i prefer to stay somewhere where i will not be treated rudely. She was the only employee that was this way, which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff was awesome!

Property was clean and in good condition overall...However our room had 1 air unit for the bedroom and a 2nd for the rest of the room. The unit in the bedroom was the only one working. One of the bathroom doors did not latch completely and would not stay closed. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the dishes from the previous guests were still loaded in the dishwasher when we arrived. I did not complain because we did not get back to our room until late at night and did not want the hassle of trying to change rooms with small children, but the heat/ac situation did make for an uncomfortable night for everyone. The room was pretty costly so I would expect those things to be in working order.

Our family really enjoys staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, but one of the best parts is an employee named Dee. She oversees the breakfast area. She is so kind and friendly. She is always willing to help and assist in any way needed. She is just wonderful!!

We loved our stay here at Home2Suites! The kids loved the pool. Breakfast included hit items such as cheese omelets, ham and pepper omelets, pepper scrambler, biscuits and gravy, waffle makers and cold items such as yogurt, cereal, and bagels! The rooms were roomy with lots of storage! Lots of natural light into the room!

Our check-in was very disappointing as we were supposed to be able to check-in at 3pm, but our room was not ready and we were not able to check in until around 6pm. All our girls wanted to do was go to the hotel and swim in the pool, so this was upsetting for us. We liked the idea of an outside patio area to enjoy in the evening, but unfortunately it was entirely too cold - even with the fire table. We liked the idea of an indoor pool, but it was much smaller than it appeared in the photos and too crowded for our kids to enjoy. There was also no hot tub, which was our fault for assuming there would be one. We also liked the idea of a complimentary breakfast, but we were very disappointed of the lack of items to choose from. There was gravy, but no biscuits. There were waffles, but no butter. There was only one lady trying to keep everything stocked and she could not keep up as there was a large crowd of guests around 10am. She was very nice in trying to explain that there was a shortage on items and they had been waiting on a supply truck. We did very much enjoy our suite which offered 3 beds, including a fold out couch. Our girls were happy not to have to sleep together. I could definitely see the value in the kitchenette, although we were not there long enough to get much use out of it. All in all, our stay was just okay. If we go back, I will look for a different hotel.
