Drury Inn & Suites Springfield, MO

Warm and friendly front desk staff. Room was immaculate, thank you Nicole. Common sreas are a bit worn and dingy. Very safety conscious. Great for families. Dinner and breakfast included. Which was great as the weather was nasty. Could use some new mattresses.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, with excellent breakfast and generous, if generic, dinner. Would be great for families. Pleasant staff.

This property was gorgeous. Seemed updated recently and staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable but all rooms do not look like the ones pictured on the website. I had a room with an older shower. Still very clean but not modern like the one I saw online. My only complaint, at no fault to the hotel whatsoever, was the Obnoxious soccer tournament that stayed at the same hotel. The parents were not watching them and my 1 daughter constantly got trampled by the other kids. I counted 12 kids in the hot tub with NO parents around it. Big liability if you ask me.

Upon checkin the young lady was very sweet. My adult friends and I were looking forward to the hot tub upon arrival after a long day of travel. We arrived in the pool and hot tub area to a room for of young children 3-7 mostly and a few older. I counted 10 of them in the hot tub and another 10 in the pool area. The hot tub was full and at first we thought we would sit and wait until their time was up(you know the standard 10-15 minutes) but we could see that wasn’t going to happen as it was constant in and out of the hot tub, running and getting wet from their super soakers many of them had in their little hands. I asked the front desk if they could come check things out. They didn’t show up. I went to the front desk and asked about it. The last who seemed to be in charge said there was nothing she could do and no health dept age restriction or limit. Wow! At this point I really didn’t want to visit the hot tub. Yuk. If that was their attitude then I’m sure it was filthy anyway. She didn’t want to give us our money back so we could go elsewhere. However another lady at the front desk called the owner. We were granted our refund and went to the double tree down the street were the hotel was full of quieter adults and not many children but the ones that were there were well mannered. We enjoyed our stay there much better and found the staff to be lovely.

Staff was very nice and quick to help at any time. Food was excellent! My kids and I had a blast!

What a great place to stay especially for families and couples alike! The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast and dinner are phenomenal! If I had young children yet I would not stay anywhere else
