The property was exactly what you'd expect for a hotel at this price point. It was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were all doubles (including in the one bed room) which wasn't great but definitely fine. Biggest complaint was that WIFI never really worked.

My stay was wonderful. I came because my daughter was having her baby. It was so convienent to stay at the Sleep Inn, it was by many restaurants, stores, hospital. I slept like a baby both nights. The people were friendly, my room was very clean. Im very picky about the bathrooms, it was so clean and the room smelled so fresh, i really enjoyed my stay, and i thank the staff for being so friendly.

Rude front desk. over charging. No hot water wifi and hot tub out of order I booked two rooms and they separated mine 10 rooms away from my children. Extremely unhappy with our stay It ruined our family trip. Expedia and choice hotels lost us to ever feel safe to book through them.

We came to Springfield to take our kids to the aquarium and this was a nice hotel pretty close to it. We loved the pool/hot tub. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. There weren’t any USB chargers in the room which we’ve never encountered in a hotel so that was a bit of an issue getting our devices charged. Our room was about as far as you could get from the elevator (2 long hallways and 2 short hallways) so with 2 little ones that wasn’t super fun to deal with while packing our luggage. Overall though it was a clean hotel and convenient for our trip.

Had a good stay! Lots of breakfast food choices - heads up the coffee is NOT good lol other than that and wishing the bathroom door in our room locked (because kids 😂) I have no complaints! I slept great on the beds and kids loved the pool

This was a great hotel for the price. I'd gladly stay here for considerably less than the other chains and just as nice if not better in some ways. Room was nice, clean, smelled new not musty, shower was great, breakfast was delicious and has many choices. It suited my family's needs and I highly recommend if in the area and need a quick stop, not necessarily great for a longer stay not having a fridge or microwave in the room. First time staying at a Sleep Inn and probably not the last now.
