Very nice hotel with clean rooms, convenient location, and wonderful staff. We were in Springfield, MO to visit some friends. Our friends brought their two children to the hotel with them. We sat in the indoor pool area where we could visit and their kids swam while we kept an eye on them. The pool closed at 11, but the staff let us stay a little longer because everyone was having fun and we weren't being loud. The breakfast was pretty good. My husband loved the complimentary cookies. The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. When we came across a staff member such as housekeeping, they were always very friendly and asked us how our stay was going.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of very loud guest sitting outside drinking and yelling into the early morning hours. I stayed on the third floor and was unable to drowned out the sound of the people three floors below and outside by the fire pit. I tried turning the AC down so it would run constantly but this barely muffled it. I would have called the desk to complain but I didn't want to turn on the light and wake the 3 kids in my room to figure out how to work the phone. Great hotel, very clean and new. I would go back, I would just make sure I knew how to work the phone before I went to bed in case their were any loud parties late into the night again.

Looks brand new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean. The "adjustable" air mattresses take a little getting used to. I never thought I would be able to sleep on them but they do adjust to your body as they say and I actually slept quite well all five nights. The pool is ice cold. My kids insisted on swimming but we saw many families jump in and jump right out. There is no hot tub which would be really nice considering how cold the pool is. The pool area is not well heated either. It was in the thirties while we there and I needed a jacket to sit and watch my kids take their polar bear swim. We were told the pool cannot be any warmer due to health regulations???

I stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn during a visit to family. I live on the East coast and the quality of room, service, lounges, etc. would have cost me triple there! The hotel staff was lovely and always kind and helpful. The rooms were very nice and included wifi. There is a buffet breakfast with a make-your-own waffle station (my son lived here). Just up the road from Hilton Garden Inn is a ton of restaurants and shops. Plenty to do nearby!

Definitely a hotel for business or family. Very clean room and hotel with a helpful staff.
