I slept in another room one night bc the air conditioning kept clicking. My other family members slept through it but service was super nice and let me sleep in a room next door. Super clean hotel, awesome breakfast, close to FD grill house which is super good and reasonable. Very nice service. I would go back.

I stayed one night with my three grandkids. They loved the pool. Our room was clean and the queen beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was sufficient with many choices.

Our stay was completely amazing, the hotel is beautiful, and very clean our room was good size, front desk works were very helpful and kind, the breakfast ladys were awesome. Wish i would of gotten her name. She printed me off directions so we could take grandkids to drive threw Christmas lights. We will definitely be back there to stay.

Our room was a great size for our family and was conveniently located near parking. It was quiet and everyone got a great night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, especially the cinnamon rolls! The front staff was also friendly at check in and out.

An overall good experience. Clean, friendly staff, and convenient to the hospital where a family member was staying. A good location for anyone needing to be close to Cox South medical center.

We got there at check in time 4 pm was told to come back in 20 min they weren’t done cleaning. Came back at 5 still wasn’t done. The pool was crowded had teen kids jumping in a doing cannon balls almost landing on toddlers. Parents laughing the whole time. Hot woke up at midnight to a false fire alarm because same kids decided to pull it. We had 5 kids ourselves an were on the 4th Floor.. during the fire alarm an while waiting outside not one worker was checking on anyone they were behind the counter thinking the situation was funny because they already knew what had happened & why it went off.
