Overall it was very good. I would suggest a couple things: Put vending machines on each floor so we don't have to go outside to get a drink. Also, I received a text at 6:30am on a Saturday, which woke me. I really wanted to sleep in, it was a getaway from the kids for me and my hubby. I would suggest not texting that early.

Loved the location of this hotel being on the landing and the balcony view, but the room walls were paper thin and we were put next door to a family with three screaming children literally all night and morning beating banging and screaming crying at the top of their lungs. also no full length mirror to get ready in room of this quality. loved the ice maker in freezer and glass walk in shower though. will definitely stay here again.

The property itself was nice but being two separate building was hard to navigate. We had to have two separate key cards just to get ice. Also the hide-a-way bed was incredibly uncomfortable and when we asked for additional pillows for the hide-a-way we were brought one pillow for two kids. We had to go to walmart and buy more pillows as well as a foam mat for on top of the bed.

My room was not clean upon arrival. There were feces and hair on the toilet that I had to clean before using. There were food crumbs on the bathroom counters. I have two young children and I did not feel comfortable showering or even sleeping there. We ended up checking out on arrival day instead of sleeping overnight. We informed the front desk clerk and she was very apologetic and reimbursed our parking fee ($15), however I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.

Rooms are nice sized for families. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying by the landing as it is loud very late, especially staying right by the Irish pub that is open til 1:30am. We had barely any hot water the entire trip.
