We checked in on 25th night and had booked for 2 nights but were forced to cut short our stay to one day for following reasons 1. The bathroom was not cleaned. No body wash available. 2. The bed was not cleaned. I found a sock from the previous tenant on my bed . Which means the room was not cleaned at all 3. There was no breakfast available the next day. The team did try to prepare one for us after we arrived but we were put off with the way overall this was handled. 4. We want Expedia to clearly outline that this is a not family hotel.

It was okay, apparently it is a known issue that when it is very cold outside the room keys do not work. This left us running our toddler up and down the stairs to either get someone with a master key to open our room or standing in the cold warming up the lock enough for the they care to work. No housekeeping service during our 4 night stay, we were given 2 towels for the duration (two adults and one child) we had to ask for more towels and trash bags.

Great value, great pricing. My stay was purely business, not vacation, and was my first time ever trying these accommodations. When I first stepped foot in the room, I was pleasantly blown away by how clean, nicely adorned, and just plain comforting, the room actually was for both business travelers and vacationing families alike. Bravo Red Lion Inn Branson! Desk staff and management was fantastic too. Even offered to make me an after hours pot of coffee, lol, gotta love it. very disappointed in the room. No working outside light by door; very dark walking to the room. no elevator seen; had to haul everything up stairs. carpet very stained; very old and dated.tried to leave room and the door would not close completely nor would it lock! Had to leave everything in our unsafe room. We stayed with our daughters family and upon arrival they took a video of 6 roaches crawling around their TV! They complained to the desk clerk and they did not get a refund. We complanined also with no cooperation. Both families had to vacate the 2 rooms around 11:30 at night. We drove 4 hrs home and daughter drove over 3 hrs and found another motel to stay at. We would like a refund of our money but I suggest that you remove them from your hotel recommendation list because the reviews are inflated much more than the actual property reveals!

When my family stayed there the first two morning there was a group staying at the motel that were playing loud music and yelling in the morning. Shower drain backed up in tub. First morning coffee and most breakfast items were gone eggs, sausage and potatoes. They did have any real sugar during our stay. The last morning I was there was really the only time they weren't out of breakfast items.

I had went through Expedia for two rooms. When I got there at 10pm the lady only had one room for me because she said it only went through as 1 room but she could see there was two through Expedia. She sent a request for a refund to Expedia for one room. She said there was no other rooms available for the night. We had 3 adults and 4 kids to fit in a double Queen suite. When I asked about a hide a bed she said it wouldn’t fit. Then when we got to the room our card wouldn’t work for the door and we stood outside in the cold with our stuff before someone came and tried OUR key again and What do u know it doesn’t work so he goes back to the front to get the other key that he should of brought when I said ours didn’t work the first time and again we stood in the cold and waited for him to come back. Then the sink had food all in it and it won’t drain. The bathtub has stuff all in the bottom! I will say the guy did bring us a hide a bed regardless and we rearranged to make things fit and The guys on the other side of our wall are loud and playing very loud music at 1130! Never staying here again!

Very dirty, it didn't appear that the rooms had been cleaned in quite some time. Thick layers sticky dust, microwave was broken and covered in food and dust, crumbs and trash all over the carpet. The staff was never available at the front desk, dirty towels and trash outside many of the rooms for days. Breakfast was a joke, we had to take kids out for breakfast every morning.

I paid extra for a court view and was put in a room with no view and was told by front desk they would let manager/owner know about mess up and in the morning the ride little kid at front desk said nothing we can do now. Will never stay at the home of a motel again nor recommend it.

I brought my grandchildren to Branson to have fun, go to Silver Dollar City, and relax in the pool. I booked this hotel due to the pretty pictures of the pool. THE POOL WAS GREEN AND NOT WORKING. A lot of the hotel is under construction getting updated. Our room walked right out to scalping. The floor of the room made our feet dirty. Very disappointing!

My family and I had a great time at this hotel all the reviews we're correct when they said that this was a nice place to stay the staff was very friendly. Doing breakfast the lady who made sure that everything was stacked was super nice she talked with my kids they laughed and had a good time. The rooms were clean and nice and I especially like the big screen TV that I was not expecting I will believe it was at least 50 inches. We arrived about an hour before check-in time and I thought this might be a problem but there was no problem at all the staff was super friendly and checked us in right away. I was also able to get in a good workout in their gym although I do wish they would have had some barbells but I was able to make do with what they had and it was a really nice clean environment. We would definitely make this our choice of hotel to stay when visiting Branson.
