Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. The water park was great entertainment for the kids!

My kids loved the water park area and the arcade. The rooms are outdated and the entire facility besides the water park area needs to be updated. The beds were okay not to uncomfortable.

Friendly staff. When my 3 year old granddaughter went into the wave pool with her snorkel, a young man approached her Mommy to say that wasn’t allowed. Her Mommy asked him to explain it to the toddler. He was kind and told her she couldn’t have the snorkel. He was so nice. Appreciated his gentle demeanor. We will be returning for another stay soon!

The rooms were a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. I do wish it was made more clear there are 3 separate buildings of rooms. We were the furthest away from the waterpark, but the walk across the parking lot wasn't horrible. I did appreciate there was an outdoor pool for each building, though. All in all, our kids LOVED the indoor waterpark. There are things to do to keep a variety of ages entertained.

The outdoor pool was real small area and our room was a long long ways from indoor water park. I had grandkids with me so a lot of walking. Kids enjoyed it I guess my expectations were high.

We were made to check out at 11 being told we could use the water park all day then being told it didn't open until 2. We were stuck in a snow storm with 3 children and they were very rude when we asked if we could just use the indoor pool until the water park opened. Front desk staff the day of check out was very rude! Water park had way too much chlorine and my grandkids ended up with burns from it!
