This was a decent hotel. Our hotel room was not clean and the beds were awful to sleep in. The staff was very friendly and nice. It was close to alot kid attractions. The breakfast was good. They do allow pets on the 1st floor which was nice if you have a fur baby.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was super-friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool!

Loved the atmosphere. It was just a comfortable and welcoming environment. I had brought my granddaughter and a friend to Branson for a girls getaway. And they both loved the decor/ Victorian style made it feel like a big fancy home. The tea and cookies with fine china was such a great touch. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool very much. And is already asking when can we return. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great for families or a romantic getaway for two.

Needs to be updated. Clean rooms but very old. Breakfast needs various options when someone stays for extended visits. Bread would be nice for kids that just like toast! The Victorian front when you walk in door is kinda creepy!

Room smelled horrible!! Extremely musty and wet smelling. Rooms are very noisy and walls seem to be extremely thin. Overall hotel is extremely outdated and really needs some attention. The gentleman that checked us in was the only professional employee we encountered. At breakfast they were literally taking food from people as they were in line. I witnessed one of the lady’s literally shut the juice machine off as a kid was in line. I was in line to make a waffle for my daughter and she cut in front of me and took the batter. There is zero chance I will return.
