We had an amazing family vacation! The staff was very friendly

Loved the atmosphere. It was just a comfortable and welcoming environment. I had brought my granddaughter and a friend to Branson for a girls getaway. And they both loved the decor/ Victorian style made it feel like a big fancy home. The tea and cookies with fine china was such a great touch. My granddaughter enjoyed the indoor pool very much. And is already asking when can we return. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great for families or a romantic getaway for two.

Needs to be updated. Clean rooms but very old. Breakfast needs various options when someone stays for extended visits. Bread would be nice for kids that just like toast! The Victorian front when you walk in door is kinda creepy!

Room smelled horrible!! Extremely musty and wet smelling. Rooms are very noisy and walls seem to be extremely thin. Overall hotel is extremely outdated and really needs some attention. The gentleman that checked us in was the only professional employee we encountered. At breakfast they were literally taking food from people as they were in line. I witnessed one of the lady’s literally shut the juice machine off as a kid was in line. I was in line to make a waffle for my daughter and she cut in front of me and took the batter. There is zero chance I will return.

Clean rooms & free breakfast, the kids loved the indoor pool & it is close to everything.

This was one of the best hotels that me and my family and friends have stayed in in a long time. I will suggest this for other travelers and/or visitors.

Spacious room. Fridge microwave. Harder bed soft pillows. Balcony with lovely view. Great staff. Large hot tub. Cold indoor pool. Game room for kids. Easy access to and events, shows, shopping. Large breakfast hot and cold foods.

Wonderful stay. Very clean and smelled great! I’m so glad my family of 4 picked this hotel. We will definitely be staying again!

I want to fist start off with mentioning the positives. The staff is amazing, the breakfast was really good and kitchen was super clean and well organized. The lobbies were just beautiful and fun and the location is perfect for the area. The cons: We brought a dog and I’m not sure if that’s why we had the experience we had but here it goes. The beds were hard as a rock. I’m not even kidding. Very very uncomfortable. The walls are so thin you could hear every single thing around you. That includes hearing the staff blast their music down the halls to clean (and I’m not that upset about it, just that the walls are thin) and neighboring room heating detail conversations. It was akward and uncomfortable to say the least. I didn’t want to say anything knowing everyone could hear me. The lights and other devices in switches has a lot of shorts where it would flicker. Definitely need to update the room we stayed at in our opinion. So bottom line for me and my husband is that we would rather stay elsewhere the next time we are in town. Again, the staff here is actually very amazing it’s just not the eight stay for us with the room experience we had.
