The property was nice. It would have been a lot better if they had a separate floor for their customers that were not with the school. When you pay over $200 for the room you would at least like to enjoy it and get some sleep. Instead we had to deal with the chaperones and the kids all hanging out in the hallway. It was very upsetting. And we told the girl at the desk and she said they were told not to do that. But guess what they didn’t listen. So it was a very bad experience.

Hotel, hotel staff and stay was good as usual, we are big fans of Hilton properties. The only issue we had was after checking out we headed to parking garage through the hotel (catwalk connecting the two) we passed a police officer and several employees apparently handling a problem at the hotel, not yet knowing what it was. A few minutes later my wife, kids and I witness a body in the street apparently from someone that jumped from the top of the parking garage. Although it was a unique situation I feel like the hotel should’ve closed the catwalk or used their valet drivers to retrieve our vehicle so we could’ve avoided the disturbing sight of the body. To say the least it was a somber ride home, prayers for the person and their family.

My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving week. Everything was great. Check in was easy, valet was really fast. The hotel is close to attractions, some even walking distance. The room was very clean. The lobby was beautiful! All the bellmen were so friendly, helpful, and speedy! Its nice that you are pet friendly too.

Very clean hotel, great location, within walking of everything you need from shopping to eating, only thing I didn’t like was walls seemed to be thin could hear family next door and they were very loud, but we were in room with a joining door, not sure if that’s where difference was on noise level. Noise level was my only complaint. But definitely would stay at this hotel again.

We got to the Hilton fairly late on a Friday night. Gwen at the front desk was super sweet and helpful. We paid the $26 to park in their garage for 2 days and headed over to the parking garage. It was a bit of a walk to the motel from the garage which was a little difficult with tired kids. When we got to the room we noticed the headboard of the bed was ripped and the paint on the bathroom door was peeling. I expected nicer from a Hilton. All the drawers in the room had been colored in and there were children’s toys in the floor that made me worry about how clean the room was. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels in Branson for less money and didn’t have to pay parking and got free breakfast.

Clean spacious room. We reserved the apartment, it's great for long stays with family. Close to restaurants and shopping on Branson landing.
