Hampton Inn Biloxi-Ocean Springs

The photos on the site was misleading. I thought my bedroom was separated from my living area. That's the reason for booking in the first place. I boughty famoliy along because I thought the kids was going to be in the living area but we all had to make it work

This is our second stay at a Hampton Inn on this trip and I will be looking at these hotels more. My daughter and I feel safe taking our dog out at anytime of the night, the rooms are nice and very comfortable beds and the breakfast is very nice and I will be recommending Hampton to my friends and family.

I had scheduled a one night stay at this hotel through orbitz for four adults and one child. The room i chose said it would accomidate five people. When we were checking in, the clerk said that the room only had two double beds and she couldn't give us a roll away bed due to it being a fire hazard and not being up to code. I told her that wasn't going to work for us because five people wouldnt fit on 2 double beds, so she agreed to the roll away bed. I feel like they should have already had that information when the room was booked, so that they could accommodate a room for five people. When we got to the room, it was nasty! The bed skirts looked like they had never been changed and had a gross layer of whatever gunk it was. My son walked barefoot on the carpet, unfortunately, and said it was sticky. There was an old dusty skittle on the floor by the bed. I would not recommend staying at this place.

The room was very clean and spacious. The people at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. Free breakfast in the A.M. My family and I even enjoyed sometime in the pool which was very welcoming and relaxing. It's also in a great location McDonald's and a gas station is right next door. The beach is like 10 minutes away. So this is a perfect stay for all occasions.

Safe, clean, great amenities and friendly staff! Very close to the beach,bars and restaurants.This will be the go to hotel for me and my family when we are in town.

Apparently was advised that tbey had given iur room or overbooked....Front desk sent us to sister property about 10 min away and was told everything will be transferred over at same rate. This happened at about 2am traveling with a kiddo on the spectrum....she charged got to other property he said he couldnt honor the same price it would be much more? Ok so off we went now 3am trying to find a room. Money has been taken out due to pending charge. So basically on vacation less all the money for 2 nights because pending charge.

We brought our children here an vacation and were not disappointed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean. The one downside was that the pool was not open yet, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be visiting again.

My family and I had a great experience. I will be returning in the future.
