Palace Casino Resort

My family and I had a first class stay The Palace! I have nothing but great things to say about this place from the gentleman who helped with our bags to the nice lady that explained the layout of the resort! Thank you! This will be our go to resort anytime we’re in Biloxi going forward.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent in the buffet , stacked and the cafe. The employees were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I never would've thought booking a hotel at the casino for a family, but it was very nice. All the staff was nice and the bell hop guy Eric was assume and showed us everything we need to know.

Definitely a decent place to stay even if you have kids. Staff was super friendly. Buffet was good. Rooms were spacious for deluxe queen. Also very quiet in the room we stayed in and the view was beautiful with the water. Definitely would recommend to others. Check in and check out was a breeze.

The room was ok nothing extravagant. The food at the buffet was good and some of the staff were nice, others were not. But overall the family had a good time.

Just nice for the family trip!!

This hotel was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My kids loved it will definitely be going back soon.

Beautiful resort, amazing views all around with the Ocean Springs bridge to the left, and the Margaritaville pier lighting up at night to the right. Hotel has a nice parking garage with a walkway to the third floor. However, note that the hotel check-in is on the first floor, so you’ll be walking straight into the casino portion. Hotel room was huge. Super clean and had great accommodations. No complaints on the room at all. Especially the beds. Great location for dance competitions at the Biloxi Civic Center. Close enough to hit Boomtown and the IP, right behind Harris across from the golden nugget and Margaritaville. Wonderful spot to bring children close to lots of entertainment and kid friendly spots. Stay on the Beach Boulevard to get the best fuse and to feel the safest. The back streets were a little sketchy…Especially in between the IP and getting to Boomtown. BEWARE: cancellation policy of the hotel versus Expedia is much different!!! Hotels cancellation policy is 24 hours but they said they could not cancel because of Expedia is 72 hours.

No smoking, the place is very clean, great A/C, WIFI, TV, Beds are nice , Buffet and Stacks, we love , they have a nice view , Docks, Marina, Pool , walking distance to a kids park, and of course the wife loves the No Smoking Casino

While we love our stay, it was very disappointing that the "adjoining" room had un- supervised children being loud even after 11pm.
