We checked in there was no Valet parking an we had a family member that couldn’t walk very far they only give you coffee in the room for one day stopped at front desk to get more they told me I had to call from my room phone so I did but when you call they want to tell you it will take some time because they only have one person doing the running for them we ended up calling them back to ask if they knew how long it would be because we wanted to go to bed an we had waited for over an hour we only had two coffee cups so we had to ask for more of everything

It was a nice stay - should have adult swim hours at the pool as the little ones are too busy having fun and running in front of people which can be hazardous for them and the people they run in front of - spoke with pool attendant who advised they usually have hours but he was the only one working the area

The air quality was horrible the non-smoking room smelled like nothing but smoke. The staff were not friendly when you asked questions. Very stuffy and the smoke smell was not disguised. The other most disappointing thing was the rule of the pool area. I have never experienced only letting 4 people to a room in a pool area. Sometimes you will have more than 4 people in a room if children are involved. It was bad. This is not cool.

It was a nice stay the pool area was nice for the kids not a lot of food options rooms are a little outdated and was dusty the employees were very friendly and helpful be prepared to do a lot of walking overall my family enjoyed themselves

3 night getaway from Tampa. Check in was super easy. Room was clean, quiet and spacious. Bed was comfortable…we slept like babies. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. The casino was wonderful. The dealers and bartenders were super friendly and knew us by name! (Not sure if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. lol). This was our first visit to Biloxi and first stay at this hotel/casino. We definitely will be back before year end!

Everyone was super nice. It's was clean. The only thing that sucked was waiting on the elevator. Thankfully security was nice and let people use the service elevator when the line was getting too long for the elevator. The pool was open but it was just too windy to swim since we didn't want our daughter getting sick. I do wish there was a kids quest or something like a child care area so we could have hit the slots during the day instead of waiting till he went to sleep for the night.
