Margaritaville Resort Biloxi

The room was so dark and the bathroom lighting was horrible. No soap, half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Screaming kid next door. Our 1 lamp’s bulb blew, but maintenance arrived quickly and fixed it. Safe didn’t lock. The overall hotel experience and staff was was fine. Shower floor needed a good scrubbing.

Had to evacuate from Fl for Hurricane Helene with 2 kids and 2 dogs while my husband stayed behind because he’s a FF/Medic. And to say this Hotel was amazing would be an understatement. From the cleanliness to the amazing and happy staff. For a pet friendly hotel you would not know it being it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The checkin staff are welcoming and we’re so sweet to me being by myself. They went above and beyond.

Let’s of great amenities for the family and close to casino for a little adult time.. you can enjoy family time and also have a great couples outing.

Great place for the kids! The lazy river is worth the trip!

I specifically booked this hotel for its location. It was close to the event I was attending. The hotel was pleasant, but it is geared towards families with children. There are rides, including a Ferris wheel, an arcade, water slides, etc. The staff was cheerful. Rooms began clean with plenty of linen but beds were not made daily. While the cafe had coffee at breakfast, it did not offer tea. It seems great for children, perhaps less so for groups of adults.

The Resort is family friendly, conveniently located. The rooms were nice and clean. A few of the staff are very rude, may need training on how to properly communicate with guest. At the swim up bar, the worker slammed my drink on the counter, used profanity and made a racist remark. Asked a worker how to get to a place in the hotel and was told she was busy otherwise she would show us. On checkout day, at 8:30, even with a sign on door, Housekeeping Knocked on the door asking us if we were checking out. After checking out, get to garage, car had been broken into and ransacked. Call front desk and was told there are no working cameras in garage. The price that was paid, there should be some type of security provided.

I was under the impression their was a hot tub according to the description.Reason I booked.Yes they had other pool options The Hotel is family oriented we went for Anniversary no kids.I enjoyed my stay but was looking forward to a hot tub

We enjoyed the pool and slides with our grandchildren. We love staying here. The smell is always pleasant and sets the mood for a “beach” atmosphere.

Was a great family trip for our Daughters birthday. Lots to do with family on the property. You don't have to leave the property if you don't want to because everything is there right there.

Very clean, excellent service, very convenient to do anything you would like to do. Perfect resort for a family.
