The entire water system was out in the morning so my family was not able to shower. I ran the tub for 1/2 hour with nothing but cold water and very dirty looking water. I asked for a credit at the desk and the employee said that sometimes the manager will do that. The manager should have been there to deal with this and should issue credits for all guests without water. That is ridiculous.

I booked several weeks ago and asked for two rooms with two adults and two kids per room. I assumed when you booked two at a time they would be reasonably close to each other instead of at opposite ends of the hall. I tried to get that changed but was told they couldn’t do that. I thought it would cut down on hall activity, they evidently didn’t see it that way. They were wrong.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We were very impressed with how clean it was. The room was spacious and very comfortable. My kids were lucky to have the pool area by themselves and had a lot of fun in there. Next morning we had breakfast and it was also good. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for having us.

Clean, friendly hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds/pillows. Pool area was very big with kiddie area, main pool, hot tub and even sauna. Check-in process for 5 rooms was easy and clerk was friendly. Hot breakfast with little egg cheese omelets, pancakes, sausage and the rest of regular breakfast fare. Kudos on the tasty orange juice - most places water it down and it's more like orange water.
