Express Suites Riverport Inn & Suites

My family and I stayed here while visiting my daughter at UW LaCrosse. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kids had a great time in the pool area which was very nice. The continental breakfast was by far my favorite part of the stay. So many options. We will definitely be back.

We were visiting family for a week and our stay was nice. The daily breakfast was consistently good and we enjoyed it every day. My room had a couple of issues. The mini fridge wasn’t working and the tub was draining too slowly to take a shower. Maintenance fixed both issues quickly.

We stayed in a king suite. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. But the couch pullout was extremely beat-up and super uncomfortable for even our kids to sleep on. The pool area was clean but it’ll the water temperature was cold. We ate at the restaurant attached and had great service and the food was good bar food. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Overall it was a decent stay but some of the accommodations are a little dated.

This is the second year we spent at this hotel for NYE. Was disappointed to arrive and see the hotel bar was unexpectedly closed for NYE when we chose the hotel specifically for the in-house bar, for the convenience of having some drinks and dinner for the family holiday right in one place. However, we were able to easily walk down the street for some champagne to bring back and got a very fast pizza delivery since Toppers is a couple minutes away, so we were able to easily improvise and have a great time swimming with our kids and celebrating the New Year. We and the kids also enjoy the extensive breakfast options available. We very much enjoy this hotel and will surely be back.

Checked in and found a ditry q-tip on the floor between the beds. If you want a good nights sleep and go to bed early, don't get a room that overlooks the pool. Got to listen to kids screaming Marco Polo till the pool closed at 11pm. (This was the only option they had when i booked.) Tried to adjust the room temperature and the wall unit screen went blank so it was really hot in our room.

Everything was great except for the kids in the room above us. They stomped around all night. I will request a room on the top floor in the future...at ANY hotel.

Nice place to bring our 2 dogs. Easy access outside from our room. Enjoy using the property to visit our kids going to school. Thank you... we will stay in the future.

Nice clean family-friendly pool area, large breakfast dining area with a large variety of choices, great hotel bar and restaurant. After hours, you can purchase a frozen pizza from the restaurant and the front desk will cook it for you for free.

The the junior suite was pretty gross, dust all over the lamps and cobwebs on the side of couch, and white stains on the couch.Was clearly not throughly cleaned before our stay. The staff were accommodating and nice, we asked to leave a day earlier without being charged a second night. They did refund us for that night.
